Worst customer service on the planet. No person available. They don’t proved a customer service line. They only provide email. Emails were not helpful or on target. Hope you don’t need to return something to these folks. Rate customer service a 0.

The clothing is just really bad and shrinks a tremendous amount after the first wash.

I tried for 30 minutes to place an order and couldn't! Got a 20% offer for first time buyer, code didn't work. Got another ad via FB, clicked, got 20% off again! Tried to place order, code worked! At final order page with shipping, discount taken off and "code not valid" message. They make it VERY HARD to buy from them.

I don't order often from here because it's quite pricey, but the quality of clothing is better than what you'll find in most other stores. I can vouch for their very comfortable boxer briefs. Ships quickly. Haven't experienced any issues yet.

Purchased $230 worth of boxers based on a series of online reviews stating they were the best. No shipping information has been given for weeks now after an initial “will ship in 3-4 days”. Two emails have now been sent without response in regards to the issue. From here I will simply dispute the charge for goods not delivered with the credit card company so they can handle this business. In todays day and age with, having a highly rated product, one would think customer service would be primary as part of a successful business model.

super bad experience, very pricy boxers that really didnt last long at all compare to other brands i tried.

when i contacted the support about it, they didnt care at all.

longtime customer here. been wearing mack weldon underwear for about 4 years. recently place a LARGE order to replenish my underwear drawer ($600+). a week after placing the order, it was just canceled. no reason given. no answer from the non existant "customer service" email. what the heck, i placed another order after my credit card showed the refund. here I am nearly a week later. the second $600+ order still shows "confirmed" but not shipped. Customer service actually responded to my email but no reason was given as to WHY it has not been shipped. all products show in stock and the website is covered in banners promising delivery before Christmas. Im about to give up, file a chargeback with my credit card and switch to Tommy John. "Covid" is no excuse for this type of behavior. Buy with caution!! You may or may not get your order!

I ordered two shirts, but only received one. A rep offered to ship me a different product, despite the one I ordered still showing up as in stock on the website. No refund was offered, and no replacement was delivered. Still have not received a refund 45 days after reporting the missing item.

Pros: The Ace pant and sweater and essential WFH wear. And all the underwear styles are fantastic. The Jersey Boxer is now my go to.

Cons: runs very small. I wear an XL on typical store brands: Nike, Gildan, Fruit of the Loom, Amazon Basics. But I don't fit in any of the XXL catalogue when it comes to button downs or crew necks. The tailored fit is not big guy friendly.

I've been using Mackweldon brand for 5 years now and couldn't be happier you have some un satisfied customers but there's always gonna be some hatters i don't sweat the small stuff. Mackweldon i know you know me you guys are second to none absolutely phenomenal products I'm with you 5 years Strong 💪 and gonna continue buying your product it's the next best thing since sliced bread. I was in the middle of an on-line order and reached an impasse because of the less-than-user-friendly site. I needed help but discovered that I could not talk to a person. I love their clothes but am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of the ability to talk to someone.

Zero customer service. Ordered twice and both times they never answered. Won't ever buy from them again or even suggest to anyone that they should.

I purchased a pair of the ace sweatpants and absolutely love them! I hope to purchase more of these cause they feel wonderful when wearing them and I love the clean, simple looks of them. I hope they can add another color to the ace sweatpants line of the color burgundy. I would love to purchase a pair of these in burgundy. By the way, I am a woman and I wear these and they fit well and comfortable. I bought the coolant blue color. Please add a burgundy color. Would love to wear these in a burgundy color. Thank you for a quality product that feels fantastic to wear and looks great too!😍

Issues in ordering. Mack Weldon's web page designer feels it is necessary to create an account and log in to buy a pair of boxers. I do not. I was unable to escape the log in page after my financials were recorded. I received multiple orders and had to return them. They did issue a refund, but there were hoops to jump through there, as well.

Nice product, but at this price point, just not worth the hassle.

I took my refund and ordered from a competitor, without creating an account or logging in. In and out in less than two minutes.

Take a hint Mack.

Mac Weldon has great clothes at a reasonable price. The website is easy to navigate. I recommend getting one size larger than your normal size, as their clothes run a bit tight.

Returns are easy and handled via online menus. No need to speak to or email anyone.

Highly recommend the silver dress socks and the polo shirts.

I ordered sweat shorts in two different sizes since I was not sure what would fit. Initially I was nervous as I had seen negative reviews on the service side. I decided if only 5% of the negative reviews were really that bad, they would be out of business. As this was my first purchase I emailed the company on the best way to send the product back. Shauna responded immediately. She CREDITED back the shorts I am returning BEFORE I have sent them. Forgot to mention their products are really really good. I know this is a glowing review so I want a disclaimer that I am not related to anyone at the company nor do I know any employees

No customer service. Didn't like the fit on first pair or up one size. No free return policy like they say. Heck noone ever contacted me back. Oh and I should have stop when the promo code on their own add material wasn't excepted.

The elastic band on this underwear is very large (2") and frequently folds over on itself.

The real problem is the very, very high price per pair-largely due to ads all over the internet.

Given how much more expensive Mack Weldon underwear was than what I had previously worn, I wasn't surprised that the experience "out-of-the-box" was superior. What I didn't realize was that the underwear was so well-made, its durability makes it a straight-up better value for dollar, regardless of the subjective experience. I'm still using like-new pairs I've had years.

Love these clothes. Can’t get enough. Mack Weldon was really my intro into high quality menswear. It took me a little while to find the right size for me, but it all worked out. These clothes really are worth the price!
