We were already great fans of Mackenzie…
We were already great fans of Mackenzie Smith but following a recent experience of selling land with them we are now super fans. Our thanks to the amazing Gary Tetlow (who is very, very sadly no longer working for the company). Gary's years of knowledge and experience are only matched (if not exceeded) by his patience and professionalism.
Following his departure we were brilliantly looked after by the WONDERFUL Katherine Gray, Land Director. When we reached the end of our tether she held our hands (and what was left of our tethers) and she pushed and pulled until we got over the finishing line. All the while with great humour and professionalism, such a winning combination. Proof positive that when the chips appear to be down you need someone you can trust, and just generally 'get on with' in your corner.
Thank you Mackenzie Smith - whenever the moving/selling/buying urge calls again we will be back!

Professional, reliable, excellent communication - a top quality operation
Twelve years ago I bought a property in Farnborough as a buy-to-let investment and elected to go with Mackenzie Smith to run things as a fully managed let. Turned out to be an excellent decision. The lettings team have done an amazing job, sorting out repairs quickly and effectively, ensuring everything complied with legislation and quickly securing new tenants as and when – a superb service. More recently time came to sell the property and the sales team at Mackenzie Smith have delivered similarly excellent service, providing great advice, actively monitoring the sales process from beginning to end and applying gentle pressure as and when needed to keep things moving along. In summary, my experience is that both the lettings and the sales teams at Mackenzie Smith have set the standard for what top quality professional service looks like.

Hello Omar,
We did exceptionally well to secure one of the new-build apartments for you, and I’m delighted we managed to get it snapped up so quickly.
I know how keen you were and how difficult it was for you to find the time to travel down to view them. I was more than happy to show you around after hours and I’m really pleased it proved worthwhile.
Wishing you every happiness in your new home and all the very best with the new business.
Kind regards,
Andrew Travers

Mackenzie Smith Ash Vale office
Everyone at Mackenzie Smith Ash Vale office was so efficient and helpful. Particularly Nick who was an excellent support from the very first phone enquiry all the way through to loads of support on move day. Nick not only helped us to find the very best property for my uncle but also dealt brilliantly and with compassion with sale of a very old family home.
Just can’t thank Nick and all at Mackenzie Smith Ash Vale office enough.

Where the other estate agent failed over a long period to sell our flat, the whole Mackenzie team were professional, very friendly, and knowledgeable. Although it was a tricky flat to sell, they never gave up. I can highly recommend. Many thanks. Richard and Joanne.

Hi Andy,
Thank you for taking the time to write a review – it's truly appreciated.
When we first met at the property, I remember you were already signed up with another agent and ready to proceed. Yet after our meeting, you chose to sign a sole agency agreement with Mackenzie Smith and move forward with us – thank you for placing your trust in us.
Becoming a first-time landlord wasn’t something you had planned for and it was fantastic how you took all of my advice on board, allowing us to do what we do best.
I’m pleased to say we’ve now secured superb tenants for your property, and I know you’ve been happy with how things have gone at every step.
Our Property Management team will now take great care of both you and the tenants. That said, if you ever need anything or want to get in touch, please don’t hesitate to give me a call.
All the very best,
Andrew Travers
