Moving after 35 years......
Selling our home of 35 years was a daunting prospect and we wanted to find the right estate agent to guide us through.
David and his team were there to provide this guidance and despite our first sale not progressing, David was on hand to find us a new buyer within a week.
David kept in touch all of the way, even handling requests to contact other parties to keep to target dates.
Would not hesitate to recommend Mackenzie Smith to friends and family.

Five star service, from the beginning the staff were well informed, efficient and happy to explain any details. Hi Sally,
It’s been a genuine pleasure assisting you through your journey as a first-time landlord. The Lettings team and I are so pleased to hear that you’ve been happy with the service and advice you’ve received. We also appreciate your trust in the guidance we provided throughout the process.
With the number of applicants we had waiting for a property like yours, it was fantastic to see such a lovely family move in- and within a timeframe that suited everyone.
Thank you for choosing us to be your agent and we wish you all the best with your move.
Kind regards,
Andrew Travers

Me and my partner are using Mackenzie smith to rent a property we dealt with Andrew who has been spot on the whole process making it easy and stress free! Andrew organised a viewing with me around my working times and another viewing for my partner around her viewing times which was very convenient for us. He has been very friendly and extremely helpful with any questions we’ve had to ask and made communication between us and the landlord a very easy process! I would recommend using this company any day of the week ! Adam & Rachel !

Thank you for your kind words, Adam.
I know it was a frustrating time for you both, finding your next home in the local area and I’m really pleased I was able to assist you.
It’s lovely to hear that you were happy with how everything went. We always try to be as flexible as possible for our clients, especially as we understand that it can be difficult to arrange viewings and appointments while working full time. You have a very good landlord, and I know they will take great care of you, making sure you enjoy living there.
Wishing you both all the best in your new home!
Kind regards,

Outstanding Service
Having just relocated to Wales, we chose to sell our house with the Mackenzie Smith Farnborough branch. Our contact was David Hill, and the service was excellent from the start. During our initial meeting and valuation, David said Mackenzie Smith were not there to sell your house, their job was to help you move house, and that is exactly what happened. The communication throughout the process was first class, right up to moving day. We cannot recommend Mackenzie Smith highly enough.

Mackenzie Smith were absolutely BRILLIANT
Mackenzie Smith were absolutely fantastic. A special mention goes to Dan Franklin from the Yateley branch. From the first time we met Dan we knew straight away he was the one to sell our flat. He was unbelievably professional and every word he said he meant and delivered. Any questions or queries we had Dan was just a phone call away to resolve these for us.

Outstanding estate agents! A+++
From start to finish the team at Mackenzie Smith have been outstanding! I couldn't have wished for a better and more professional estate agent. I mostly dealt with Justin and he knows the right people to get the job done! During our exchange of contracts there were some delays from the buyers side, but Justin knew what needed to be done and chased multiple times, daily to get the job done! Honestly Justin, thank you so much for all your help this week making the move happen! I wouldn't hesitate to use these estate agents again. Excellent service!

Very helpful. Always keeping me up to date with progress and following up on queries quickly. Spending extra time on additional viewing appointments. Very mindful of my needs as a buyer and not just pushing on behalf of the seller. This is rare in my experience of dealing with other estate agents. I'd definitely recommend them.
