Mackenzie Smith - Estate, Lettings and Land agents Anmeldelser

Andrew was very nice and trustworthy! He has a very good manner about himself and shows that he wants to help people. It was really nice form him to call us 1 week after we moved in to check if all went well. That’s what I find really nice as they did not need to.

We talked to a couple of estate agents for a no-obligation price estimate for our house. The guidance and expectation given by Nick was very professional and knowledgable of the current market situation.
We were lucky to find a buyer almost immediately at a price that suprised us (in a good way).
The whole process was well managed with good levels of communication. I know that staff at Mackenzie Smith worked hard behind the scene on our sale and facilitated communications for our onward purchase which is above and beyond their remit. We cannot praise them enough and would recommend them to anyone.

Couldn't be happier. My house was on the market unsold with an online 'agent' for 18 months. Mackenszie Smith sold it inside a month. Steve and his team are knowledgeable, professional and attentive. The best estate agent I've ever used.

Justin was honest and trustworthy from the start....he helped me greatly through the sale of my property, navigated the whole process. Just what a 'seller' needs. Many thanks! :-)

Absolutely faultless. Justin was incredible through the whole process. Always had an answer and very reassuring. Also had some conversations with other agents for help and they were brilliant. 100% recommend.

High professionalism and strong communication through-out.

Good communications.

Very friendly and flexible company to do bus9ness with from a purchase perspective.

Firstly we would like to say what a great team the Farnborough office has. Nothing is to much trouble, very helpful and very knowledgeable in what they do.From the start of the selling process we were kept well informed. Regular contact with emails and phone calls. Definitely helps taking the stress out of moving when you have a great team who are there to help. Keep up the good work! Would highly recommend Mackenzie Smith for buying or selling. Absolutely first class service! Thank you to all the team!!

Told our house in perfect price.

Everything they said they would do, they did with a smile on their face. Very polite and very professional..

Very helpful staff with excellent communication.
David did a great job throughout the process to get the job done.

Our whole experience with Mackenzie Smith has been exceptional. From Steve who showed us round some properties to Nick who helped us through every step of our purchase. I’d highly recommend using them to anyone as they really do make the whole process so much easier and I couldn’t be more thankful to them for such an excellent service.

Thank you everyone who is connected throughout the process of buying the property. I am greatful to our Aldershot team for helping and made it easier.

Very cooperative. Easy to contact for any issues.

Great communication from Dan, regular updates throughout the process. Any issues that came up with the chain were quickly addressed.

Toni and Ben were very professional but with a friendly, supportive attitude. They were always there for any questions however big or small. And also helped translate any legal jargon to make it easier to understand. Great team effort from these guys.

Thoroughly professional throughout our moving experience. Justin kept us informed at every stage and i wouldn't hesitate in recommending Mackenzie Smith to anybody who is thinking of selling

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Simon Dredge at Mackenzie Smith, for his exceptional service and support throughout what turned out to be a very lengthy and challenging property sale.

From the outset, Simon was incredibly knowledgeable, proactive, and professional. Despite significant delays and lack of communication from the solicitors involved, Simon went above and beyond to keep the process moving forward. He kept me fully informed at every stage and did everything within his power to ensure the sale progressed as smoothly as possible.

His dedication, patience, and genuine care made a difficult experience far more manageable, and I truly felt supported from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend Simon and the team at Mackenzie Smith, to anyone looking for an agent who is both highly competent and genuinely committed to their clients.

Mackenzie Smith, Ash Vale Office, found us a buyer within 10 days of acting for us. We had been tied in, for 20 weeks, with another agency that would send people who were not in the market for our type of property.
Jason kept us informed each step of the way until successful completion of the sale.
We would use Mackenzie Smith and Jason again.
