Hi Keith,
Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review.
It's great to know you think the boxes you ordered are perfect, but we're very sorry to hear you had a poor experience with our courier partners.
Our Customer Care Team will process a partial refund of your delivery fee, as you did not receive the service you selected. If there's anything else we can do, please email customercare@macfarlanepackaging.com and we'll endeavour to help.
We will also be sharing this feedback with our couriers.
We hope you'll consider giving us another chance.

Missing Delivery
The only reason I am giving 2 stars, rather than zero is because Kayleigh at Customer Services is great and what boxes have arrived are good quality. A week on from placing an order for next day delivery, I still don’t have a complete order and have given up hope of it arriving despite having made calls to chase it.Will not use again.
UPDATE Missing parts of delivery turned up this evening very badly packaged. My order is now complete but my experience has not been good.

Hi Karena,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
We're very sorry that you had this experience with your order.
After further investigation, we understand that our courier partners let us down on the delivery front, due to a machine breakdown and a missed collection.
Since you've spoken to Kayleigh in our Customer Care Team, we understand you've been given a refund on your delivery fee, and the missing item that got lost during transit has been dispatched again for you.
This is not the usual experience we expect to provide to customers and we will be sharing your feedback with our service providers. We have also shared your feedback about the outer packaging with our Logistics Team.
We hope that you will consider giving us another chance in the future, if you ever need packaging again.
Best wishes,
The Macfarlane Packaging Team
Terrible experience - verbally abused by a member of staff in the car park
Visited the Clifton site to collect an order, was verbally attacked by the car park gates by a female member of staff as we were struggling to get access to the car park and was blocked in by the same females car. Really poor way to treat customers, left me feeling quite threatened and nervous to even get out of the van to pick up my order. I can’t say I would ever recommend or return here, terrible experience - all I can say is steer clear!

Hi Lucy,
We are deeply sorry to hear you experienced this at one of our sites. Please accept our sincere apologies.
Your feedback was escalated to management, as this is not the behavior we would expect from our colleagues.
Since your initial feedback, you have spoken to Jackie, the local manager, who provided a refund and resolution to the situation.
Again, please accept our apologies. We hope you will consider us for your packaging needs in the future.
Kind regards,
The Macfarlane Packaging Team
