Vueling Airlines Anmeldelser 

Achtung: Diese Airline verwendet nicht die Standard Handgepäckmaße, sondern legt je nach Buchungsgruppe Maße mit einer Länge von Maximal 40xm fest. Beim Check in war alles mit dem Handgepäck in Ordnung, wir bekamen Aufkleber für unser Handgepäck an jeden unserer Rucksäcke. Beim Boarding sollten wir dann plötzlich unser Handgepäck(welches ein Standardmäßig von unter 50cm Länge hatte) teuer einchecken. Das Flugzeug selbst war schmutzig.

Customer service for missed connections in Barcelona was dreadful. Had to exit
And go to a desk called “last minute Vueling”—not obvious. There there was a line where one person was processing delays. The line had 60 people in it. Others went directly to what were supposedly check-in desks but there were no flights being checked in. Supervisors with crossed arms when at one point there was one person. Other staff looking at their screens that maybe weren’t working. None of the seniors? Managed the line jumping. I have been here 1 1/2 hours and have moved 10 people.

Every thing from start to finish.
Two hour wait in crowded departure area.
No information given on flight status.
Chaotic boarding, cabin crew no help at all. Poor attitude of cabin crew.
No welcome from flight deck, No info about route height or weather at destination. Did not offer refreshments to us and when we asked, they had virtually nothing to offer.
After landing big delay not explained.
Terrible noise, high pitched whining noise. No apology for delays. Enormously long walk to customs.
Will never use this airline again.

Furchtbare Erfahrung. Koffer wurde bei meinem 7 Tage Trip ganze 7 Tage von der Airline verloren. Null Service, keinen Ansprechpartner, unzuverlässige Informationen über E-Mail. Koffer kam am letzten Tag um 23:30, ohne Entschuldigung, Entschädigung, etc.
NIE WIEDER!!!!
Ich rate jedem nicht mit dieser Zumutung an Airline zu Fliegen!!!!!

3 Stunden verspäteter Flug.
Koffer sehr stark beschädigt.
Wlan im Flugzeug ist Fake und funktioniert nicht.

Die Crew an Board war super organisiert und sehr freundlich, Flug kam pünktlich und es war klar kommuniziert welche Gepäckgröße erlaubt ist. Online Check in war unkompliziert möglich.

Couldn't book special assistance for my mom, online form just went blank, couldn't contact anyone by phone. Nearly missed our flight due to the distance my mom had to walk. mom is waiting for a hip replacement.
Charged 120 euros to take our duty free on board, utterly disgusting service. We will never use this airline again.

I had a connecting flight from Algiers to Barcelona at 21:45 on 01/09/2026, followed by a connecting flight from Barcelona to Manchester at 11:00 on 02/09/2026. The aircraft never arrived, and the staff working with Vueling kept misleading passengers by telling us that the aircraft would arrive soon. On their online system, the flight time was repeatedly changed, but these were merely fake changes with no real flight taking place. I was travelling with my wife and our two children, and we were forced to sleep on the floor without food or water. We became extremely exhausted. Then Vueling sent an email stating that they had provided €18 vouchers to exchange for snacks on the aircraft, but the truth is that we never received any vouchers at all. The following day, the aircraft finally arrived at 8:00 in the morning, and we were kept inside the aircraft until 12:00 noon without any food or water. I have diabetes and I almost lost my life because my blood sugar dropped dangerously low. Fortunately, one of the passengers distributed some dates to the other passengers, which helped me. The flight was then rescheduled for 18:45, and they changed the gate without informing the passengers. My advice to anyone planning to travel in the future is to avoid Vueling. In my personal experience, this is not an airline but an organised network of deception and fraud. Please avoid Vueling. I will also share this experience widely on social media and with communities living in the United Kingdom.

Vuelo con retraso sin precio aviso . Comunican puerta de embarque y no dan paso al embarque . Es una compañía caótica .

Der Hinflug wurde überbucht und es gab nur Probleme. Und wurde gesagt das wir unser Geld direkt zurück bekommen und eine Entschädigung von 250€ pro Person. Dafür haben wir extra einen Zettel bekommen aber bis jetzt haben wir noch kein Geld bekommen und es gibt weiterhin nur Probleme. Dadurch das wir auf dem Hinflug nicht mitfliegen konnten, wurde unser Rückflug auch gelöscht und wir durften nachts um 4:00 Uhr in Barcelona und darum alleine kümmern und uns nochmal einen neuen Flug buchen. Von dem wir auch noch kein Geld bekommen zurück bekommen haben

I would not recommend this airline. Nearly every booking seems to come with problems, most often flight cancellations or significant schedule changes. A flight booked for the morning may be moved to 12 hours later, and passengers are not always notified. In my experience, this has been the most unreliable airline I have dealt with. Book at your own risk.

Pagas un vuelo con tarifa normal, llevas una mochila como muchos otros viajeros y al azar deciden quien paga y quien no, al igual de que equipaje entra debajo de las sillas. No entiendo en qué criterio se basa este personal, no repetiré vuelos con esta aerolínea jamás.

Pitoyable!! J’ai effectué une réservation pour le 30 octobre et on m’a décalé mon vol au 23 octobre. Impossible de joindre quelqu’un c’est scandaleux. Je souhaiterais faire le remboursement mais personne pour me répondre. A fuir!!!!!!!!!

This is the worst airline that I ever traveled with. Firstly our flight was delayed by a few hours and when we were boarding we were racially profiled and picked out from everyone in the line to check our luggage. These bunch of racist pigs wanted ro charge my daughter EUR63 for a purse not even a bag yet there were so many other race passengers carrying more than 2 bags and they were never questioned. We were the last family to be board by these racist pigs in Mallorca. Where does this pathetic airline draw the line with exploiting the passengers and racially profiling us. We had no choice but to fly with this pathetic airline. I can't understand stand why the management of this airline can not review all these comments and do something about this. To the 3 racist females at the counter, I hope you for in hell for being racist pigs.

La maleta me la rompieron,el asa partida y la maleta rajada

were booked for a flight, we turned up and before boarding they told us that we cant get on the plane because it was overbooked and we wont fit it, and it wasn’t just us, were like 30 people among us who could not board the plane, of course they couldnt give us another flight for the same day as they said all the other flights are overbooked for that day so they gave us an option to fly on the next day, which if we accept it we would lose our 12hours flight to china , as we would needed to get to barcelona that day, and they said is not possible, so we needed to buy 2 more tickets seperately which cost even more than the refund they will give us back for the mistake,and we lost an entire day because of them,they said they will refund 400€ , but thats not compensating that they are just playing with people plans with no care at all,if it was just 2-3 person overbooked that i would understands but not 30+ ….try to avoid them at all cost, we almost lost all our holiday because of them

Pagas el vuelo más caro del día y en vez de ir a una manga, te sueltan a 3km de la terminal para subirte a un bus y tardar 30 minutos más, siendo que es un vuelo que llega a las 12 de la noche y sin duda hay mangas disponibles. Todo para ahorrar costes y hacer más dinero. Cada vez son peores estas empresas

3 Sterne: der Hinflug aus Hamburg - Barcelona war kein Problem, auch mit dem Gepäck nicht. War alles verständlich und die Mitarbeiter waren erfahren und hilfsbereit.
Anders war der Rückflug Barcelona - Hamburg:
- der Mitarbeiter, dass die Bagage und Pässe kontrolliert kann kein Deutsch und kaum Englisch. Dazu noch Jung, hochnässig. Ich musste extra bezahlen, obwohl ich schon für den Rückbagage bezahlt habe. "100€ muss du bezahlen oder du fliegst nicht, hat er gesagt". Das war eine richtige Abzocke!
- Hier musste jeder von uns für den Koffer extra je 60 Euro zahlen.
Das war sowas von unfair: das Gefühl waren Doppelstandarts: in Hamburg und in Barcelona.
Und dann der Support von Vueling: in der App wird man auf die vueling Webseite weitergeleitet, wo eine KI deine Angelegenheiten erledigt. Diese fragt nach Buchungsnummer und wenn die eingibst, sagt diese: "kann diese Buchungsnummer im System nicht finden". Man wird aufgeschmissen. Es gibt keine Support-Email offiziell von Vueling.

Info: Nur über X(vormals Twitter) kann mit Vueling kommuniziert werden. Dort eine Nachricht in English schreiben(besser in Spanisch, mit Übersetzer schreiben) und der Support meldet sich!
In meinem Fall bedeutet dies dass die 100€ welche zu Unrecht bezahlt worden sind, wurden in ca. 10 Tage zurückerstattet.
Alle anderen Beträge je 60€ wurden nicht zurückerstattet, da die Maße über 40cm war, so die Erklärung. Also ist es schon ein Unterschied ob die Bagage unter dem Sitz bestellt war.
