Please do not buy from any of the sites Lynor London, Lyndora London, Olyndra. The clothes you will receive are of the poorest quality and nothing like the photos. Shame on them

This company operates from china. They don't refund. Don't answer emails, wuality is shit and sizing totally out. Its an absolute scam

Absolutely vile company. Sent completely the wrong item and are insisting i post it back to China and my own cost to issue a refund which I dont believe they will actually give if I do post it. Disgusting.

Would pick no stars if could. Nothing arrived, they said incorrect address but no one bothered to check until I chased it. Then said I would have to wait for it to be returned to them by the courier for a refund to be processed. I argued if never delivered how can they charge me for it at all? Since then nothing and all email addresses bouncing and site seems to have been shut down. Don't touch with two barge poles.

This company makes out it is London based so I order 3 lovely dresses thinking they would be with me with in a week. Nope 3 weeks later from China they arrived.
The dresses where to big and looked like a child had made them
I asked for a refund and how I could return them but they kept fobbing me off be tell me to but accessories with the dresses or to get them altered myself. Anyway in the end they agreed to give me 50% back of my money of which I haven't received so I'm out of pocket

Ordered 3 items in July. Wanted to exchange one of them for different size which they agreed to but it never came. Asked for a refund and they said the new item had been processed and they would chase it up, waited another few weeks but no item. Demanded a refund and never heard back. Going through bank now.

Avoid at all costs! Quality is extremely poor, I've been waiting for an exchange for over 3 months, they kept sending me extremely polite emails apologising, saying it's on its way to me etc...and just now I emailed to chase yet again, and apparently the email doesn't exist anymore.

It's the same story. Don't get fooled by this website, inferior clothes and ordered at the beginning of August arrived on the 20th August. Asked to return items but still on the that journey.

Fraudulent on all levels: fake claims of sales, stock and money-back guarantee on the service, parcels lost, refusal of refund and fake claims of reshipment of lost parcels (with zero compensation).
To avoid and to denounce. Just appalling.

My daughter ordered three dresses and it took several weeks to arrive. The quality of all three were very low with no lining at all. She has since returned the order on 4 Aug but received no refund. Even though the company is now shut, Lynor London was aware, communicated and emailed my daughter the return form, thus, it should follow through and refund fully. It is disgraceful to take our hard earned money with no refund.

I have received the items after 2 months! The quality is awful, and the material feels cheap—nothing like the photos on the website. I am still waiting a reply for my return request! Save your money and avoid buying from this company!

Terrible quality cheap material doesn't look like anything like the photos on website. When I insisted on returning it after a lot of to-ing and fro-ing I discovered was going to cost me more to return it to China! They then agreed to give me 30% refund and to keep the dress. I accepted it reluctantly. Do not waste your money!

Please don't waste your money and your time for a very cheap quality clothes from this website.

I was impressed with the website,but horrified at what arrived, cheap, extremely creased clothes, and when I returned everything at my own cost, no returns labels, I have not been able to get any sense from them. The parcel was tracked and delivered, I had to research a returns address, they offered exchanges but as I pointed out I ordered everything in the smallest sizes and they were much too big. Currently trying via my credit card company to get £175 refunded! bought via Paypal. please don't get conned!

No stars. Chinese rubbish. Does not beat a resemblance to the images on line. No returns possible without spending a significant shopping cost to China.

Can’t believe I fell for this.

The returns and refunds process is appalling! Not only are you kept waiting by the customer service team and asked to take photos why the garment needs to be returned- this takes 2weeks of frustrating emails. Then they ask you to accept a different item with a 30% refund. Finally having consistently requesting a full refund, I have now been given a return address in China at my cost of £12-30 posting and £12.50 customer fees! Total Scam and Rip off return and refund system non existent . This is not as advertised on their web site and contravenes UK trading standards and customer rights. Do not buy as material quality and fit/ sizing is of poor quality.

Terrible quality, the the cheapest lightweight transparent fabric. They make it really difficult to contact them. Email doesn't work and they only use messenger and say they've sent emails when they haven't. Make you return expensive tat to China.

Unfortunately I am another one who has been scammed by this fake organisation. After almost a month after placing my order I have finally received my two items and as everyone else has stated, the quality is disgusting, they have no labels and look like they have been stitched up in some back-street sweatshop in China. I have thought of trying for a refund (fortunately I did not spend too much money) but am not sure it is worth my time. And it looks like they must have had a shipping arrived from China as I've noticed a lot of the reviews have come at the same time as mine. Really disgusting company - stay away!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Total scam. Not based in the UK, but in China, long delivery time, not a few business days as promised. Fabric very low quality polyester, very poor sewing and construction. Very over sized. As many others have said, very bad quality, quickly sewn and nothing like the pictures. Yes probably are closing down after all of these reviews.
