I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star!!!! Complete con!!! Absolutely disgusting clothing NOTHING LIKE PICTURES! Completely misleading return policy. Very rude emails offering refund which I still haven’t had months later. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!

Disgusted with items that have arrived. Laundry baskets? They don't even stand up. Bear absolutely NO resemblance to the photos. This whole company is a front for a scam. DO NOT order anything from them.

What a scam of a company ! My mum ordered a dress from here for my wedding , it came and what a load of crap it is. Looks worse than a SHEIN dress . Misleading company saying it’s in London when it isn’t at all. Told me we have to pay to send it back , not a chance . I will be contacting my bank for a full refund .

Awful, awful company. My elderly mother spent a lot of money buying laundry baskets for presents. They arrived and are nothing like the photos. Was told by ‘Kate Morrison’ that we could return but at our own expense and abroad!! Currently trying to get a refund or deal with bank for a chargeback claim. Total scam.

I could go with zero star. It is a poor Chinese company named itself liora LONDON to mislead people. Claiming their return center is US and i have to pay £20 from my pocket to return the shitty dress. Customer service is AI and just give you nonsense.

Awfully misleading company, you are led to believe they are based in the UK when they actually are a front for selling from far off lands! Very poor quality and zero returns procedure for their products! Avoid!!!!!

Stay away, do not order. What you’ll receive is trash, there is no 30 day guarantee and they are based in China
Save yourself from the rudeness, aggressive communication when trying to return goods

Nothing like pictures total scam nearly impossible to return with paying out more money should have checked before purchase do not I repeat do not ever purchase from this lot !!!!

Terrible company I ordered embroidered linen basket which looked lovely in the pictures but it is a cheap and nasty printed garish bag. It is a complete cheat and a scam and I expect there will be difficulties to return to China or where ever it came from. Be warned !

SCAM - bought the ‘luxury hand quilted laundry basket’. Cheap tacky material, poo workmanship, doesn’t even stand upright. Absolutely nothing like advertised with the attention grabbing slick promo’s. Chinese scam.

What an absolute con this company is. Do not buy anything from them. If you need to return items they offer you £5.85 to keep them hilarious. But to return them it cost £18 to London.????
They told me to sell them on Vinted or Facebook what a joke

To be honest I wouldn’t give them a rating. The items were too big and were not as described with roses on the sleeves in reality they were 3 very large silk flower sewn on and looked silly, the items were nothing neither the pictures. I requested a refund the only way to do this was to send them abroad and a cost of up to £22.00. Anyone considering buying from them don’t they are just a front for selling good from abroad, there registered office is a flat in Wales, just about says it all.

The order took an age to arrive. The quality of the clothes is absolutely awful. Very thin polyester. Just don't waste your money.

I ordered the Greta dress after seeing the photos on their website. The dress I received was very disappointing — the material was extremely thin and the quality was nothing like I expected from the advertising.
I asked to return it because I believe it is not as advertised. They offered £11.99 to keep it, or a £39.95 refund if I return it to their overseas returns centre.
I would have to pay around £20 return postage, which they refuse to reimburse. They have also told me the return is at my own risk, so if it is lost and they don’t receive it, I would not get my refund
I’ve since seen many other reviews describing very similar experiences

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from Liora London to be very wary and check the returns policy carefully before purchasing.

Shocking! Absolutely shocking. Material would melt into your skin if set on fire! 35 quid I spent on plastic material. Stitches are dreadful. The colour was supposed to be a delicate lemon and what I got was Hi-Viz yellow. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

AWFUL. Won't accept a return. Ordered two dresses in two different sizes because I wasn't which would fit. The dress is nice, but both sizes don't fit me. They are insisting it's TWO different orders, so need to be sent in two packages, costing me about 30-40 pounds (instead of 15-20 for a single postage), and are attempting to say it's not worth my money to return. I have pointed out that both dresses were added to my basket in one go, paid for in one go, and arrived together in one package. No definition is hell would call these two orders. Also - they have London in their name, and UK in their URL. But are insisting I need a customs declaration and oversas posting to return my order. Does anyone know?
