Lack of Contact
Had real trouble with my eSIM at the very beginning of my trip and attempted to call and email. I did not receive anything back until two days after I left. I would work on getting back to emails and/or returning calls. Otherwise It seemed the prices were fine.

My eSIM is not working, I have called at least 6 times, firstly had no record of the calls and then insisted I buy a new eSIM and try that even though I am paying by bank debit monthly.
Said they would inform tech support who would reach out. They never did. HELP if anyone is reading this in the company.

I live in luz burgao I use lyca from very beginning in Portugal like 4 years ago, I used the boss plan for a long time for internet but somehow now I cannot get anymore, I went to the lyca app it's confusing me , When I buy a bundle there in the app not showing how much I have left, I search in chatgpt how to check lyca dial pad for check internet everytime I put code every code unsupported network or something like this, I can't check my internet balance , in luz it says 5 g but withing hour network lost slow and sometime lost, in my lyca sim a lot of scam call and message comes years ago , I feel so irritating and nervous a lot unknown numbers calling me , This one sim from lyca is for a long time with me very important for me . I have faith in lyca because customer service back in the days of lyca English speakers are really good service. One thing please if possible in a cheap rate good unlimited internet you suggest me for all over the year , I am still happy with lyca .can you just refresh my number or do something like this please.
