8 weeks delivery time.... I bought a item 20 th January, hoping to get it by valentines day.... still didn't arrive.

If I could rate lower than this, I would.

Ordered a necklace 2 weeks before Christmas in the hope it would get here in time - yes, this was ambitious! It is now the 20th February and STILL NO PRODUCT!! 9 weeks!!!!
I have been tracking this, I have contacted the team and have now requested a refund, but this latest request has been ignored.
Can’t help but think this is a SCAM!
AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!!!

The company states money back guarantee within 15 days. I immediately contacted them the same day I received the merchandise. On one item my son loved the box but felt the item was too young for him. I requested an exchange for a different item or refund. I was told unless the item is damaged they don't give refunds. I feel this company is very deceptive and should clearly state no money back guarantee unless product is damaged. Buy at your own risk. This company is unwilling to compromise with even an exchange. I therefore do not trust even the quality of their products.

Hugely poor experience all round. From a total lack of communication, product not arriving on specified date (even though I paid more for guaranteed delivery). Still waiting more than 2 weeks later. To then hugely disappointing customer service.
No accountability or offer of recompense. Not even taking into consideration that I paid extra for the guaranteed delivery.
STEER WELL CLEAR of ordering from this company and don't buy products.

Might also be worth adding Luxus Love has a disproportionate number of 5-star reviews from people who have only rated them, which could raise suspicions about the authenticity of those reviews. The fact that these reviews don’t show any other activity from the users might suggest that these reviews are, in fact, fabricated or incentivised to counteract negative feedback.

I wish I had read some of the reviews/comments on this site, before wasting my time, effort and money. I hope this is useful to others and goes along way to saving you money.

if i could put 0 stars i would, i ordered 5 necklaces and paid extra for the delivery and they said i will get well before christmas, yet they never arrived. I asked for a refund which as per there terms ans conditions states im wel within my rights for a refund. But instead of reading my emails they decided to send them out again and said when i get them send them back at my own expence and they would refund, spent £35 to send back, they recieved them over a week ago and say due to technical difficulties they cant issue a refund???? total scam!!!!!! do not use!

The bracelet I ordered is beautiful! The craftsmanship is impressive, and it looks even better in person. Quick shipping and great overall experience. I can’t wait to order again.

It arrived yesterday in a terrible state, via your courier. I wish you to collect and send me a new replacement that isn't damaged. I will send a photo on a separate email showing you the condition that I have received it. Otherwise, please can you refund my purchase in full.

They have refused to refund or send me a replacement. The response I received is below;

No stars if I could absolute scam i ordered a necklace on the 3rd of December they told me it was delivered I have a doorbell camera so I can prove it wasn’t I’ve emailed multiple times only to be robbed off over an over again stay away from them

I ordered a necklace well before Christmas for my daughter. The photo showed a lovely necklace in a nice gift box. The items arrived well after Christmas in a tiny pull bag and poor quality. I wish I had spent that money buying locally. Lesson learned, be careful what you order especially from China.

Unfortunately, despite placing the order on 15th December, as I write this on 4th January I am yet to receive the necklace. I have been told 3 times that the address was incorrect which I resubmitted several times, yet the package is still not here. This was meant to be a Christmas present so obviously very disappointing. I have found the customer service quite poor.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed with quality of jewellery it was if came outbof lucky bag.
Complaint to PayPal didn't get anywhere was advised by PayPal to raise a dispute with my bank. The bank was so helpful took details and got refund straight away while they looked in to the case.
Avoid this company bad quality.
It cost Me money to send jewellery back to China recorded delivery and didn't receive and correspondence or money back ftom them Don't deal with company

We ordered a necklace just before Christmas. We never received the order. We were told it was delivered by EVRI. The combination of two awful companies should avoid any future orders. Please don’t use, seems like scam and fraudsters.

Absolutely terrible company to deal with!! My parcel never arrived as Evri delivered it to the wrong address so I’ve had to pay double to get an alternative gift elsewhere. They never had given me a choice for the delivery courier either and I certainly wouldn’t have picked Evri. I’m emailing numerous times to ask for a refund and I have even sent them the response from Evri and I have still not received a refund. It’s been over a month and all they keep saying is that it’s been sent at their side!! Avoid and stay clear, do not order from this company if you have any problems you will not receive a refund!!!

I am not sure how or who writes these reviews, but I am very suspicious. I placed and order which to date I have not received and when I emailed them, they said we don’t have any records. Odd that is when they took £43!!

I’ve tried to return a necklace but that have just stopped responding. First they said “ Unfortunately, we don't accept returns for change of mind due to hygiene concerns.” I send them a screenshot of there return policy that says “ We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
