What can I say except APPALLING Customer Service
I placed an order for the Eyeliners 3 for 2 but because I was not happy with the first order I wished to make a return but to do so you need them to send you a returns Label but as before know one gets back to you as they won't except returns any other way I feel it's there way of making you keep the items these Eyeliners do not Glide on or stay on all day as said they break off not worth the money I wouldn't recommend these items I also ordered the Mascaras and the Black one was dry and didn't last very long I haven't received NOT ONE reply in regards to a return or a returns Label I will make a report about this Company as they have NOT resolved my Problems happy to take your money but not happy to except your returns

I received my lash serum as requested. It was well packaged.
This is my first time using eye lash serum. Wand applicator is about the size of a standard mascara .
It's box looked sleek, but the instructions were printed small and compact, to fit on the box, and I found it difficult to read. The wand itself made of sturdy plastic. This is why I wish you sold refills. This wand could last a long time.

Great first time order
I ordered my first shade of Kehyla Beauty eyeliner about a month ago. It arrived quickly and although the outside temperatures were in the 90s, it was packed well and did not melt. The color, Alondra, is a beautiful purplish color that brings out the green in my hazel eyes. The application lasts all day. It stays put once I apply it and don’t have to touch up. It is also gently to my dry eyes and non-irritating. I look forward to trying other products soon!

Overpriced & Poor Quality.
I ordered an eyeliner. The end broke off almost immediately. No sharpener was included but cheaper brands include one. I have now bought a cheaper brand which was less than half of the £22 I paid for Kehyla and it has a sharpener in the box. Kehyla doesn’t wear well, it all smudged and half came off within a few hours. It’s double the price than most equivalents and half the quality.

I was after a solution for my face dark spots ,dry , aging , nothing seemed to be working so I decided to try the products and I'm very pleased I have noticed a considerable difference to my skin so ive told my daughters about it not just for them but for gifts for me when it's occasions I always say I don't need anything but now they can buy me these products for my birthday etc many thanks

I have terrible trouble getting an eye liner that actually stays on.
Kehylas product works very well on my eyes. My only issue with my order was - how long it took for delivery.
When all is said and done I am very happy with the product.

The correspondence was great! The mascara is at the moment competing with Lancome but itis a very good product and does not clog .

Fab eyeliner
I used the eyeliner for the first time yesterday and went on easily and stayed put so very pleased. Thought it was more purple but really a plum shade.
