Absolutely love this pre-loved shop! They have an amazing selection of handbags, vintage and new pieces, clothing, shoes, and jewellery. Cait, the finder behind Luxury Exchange, is an absolute pleasure to deal with — so friendly, professional, and genuinely lovely, along with her fiancé Killian and his brother Jack.

They truly go above and beyond for their customers and their daily lives are fantastic. I’ve purchased six bags from them, all in excellent condition, and each one came fully authenticated with Entrupy, which gives great peace of mind.

I recently made 2 purchases from Luxuryexchange.ie. One purchase was for a CD top and the second was a Galleria bag and a vanity. The service is just brilliant - the items reached me within 3 days each time, and the quality of the items was exactly as described. Their customer service is fantastic - they send extra photos and information when requested really quickly and watching the Lives on Instagram to buy is such a fun way to shop. Luxuryechange.ie is most definitely one of my favourite shops to buy from.

I cannot recommend Cait and the team enough. I first discovered Luxury Exchange when they had a pop up in Dundrum mall over the festive season. I first bought an LV and then 3 Chanels all in pristine condition, plus such fair pricing. I have walked into many luxury retailers and none of them celebrate your sale like this team does. I will continue to buy from Luxury Exchange for years to come. I cannot recommend them enough.

Just received my LV Keepall and I honestly couldn't be happier with it. Really smooth experience from start to finish and the bag itself is in immaculate condition, exactly as described, couldn't be better. I initially purchased from them because they position themselves as bringing affordable luxury to Ireland and promoting a strong community ethos. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing.

Several items I received were in poor condition, including pieces that were dirty inside and out. I have also received higher-end items that appeared to have been altered or repainted, which was not disclosed at the time of purchase. In one instance, I later discovered an item I purchased was not authentic.

Over time, I experienced multiple serious issues, including concerns with a Chanel Classic, a Chanel Jumbo, a Hermès Kelly, and a Cartier watch that arrived poorly packaged and with visible issues. These were significant purchases, and the overall standard did not reflect what I would expect when buying luxury goods.

Customer service has also been extremely disappointing. Communication has at times felt dismissive, and resolving concerns has been unnecessarily difficult and stressful.

After several subpar purchases and repeated service issues in 2025, I have decided not to buy from them again. I would strongly encourage others to proceed with caution and do thorough due diligence before purchasing.
