Terrible customer service bought a bag and it was filthy dirty and in awful condition. I have returned the bag but have not received any refund. I have tried emailing several times but I am being ghosted.

Was going to purchase an item and happened to mention that I had seen some negative reviews regarding returns process. Instead of offering reassurance they chose to ghost me. Makes you wonder how they would respond if you were to have a negative experience. Wouldn't recommend risking it. There are much more professional and reliable sellers out there who will stand over their products.
