My e bicycle had no power assist . I emailed support and got a same day response with suggestions. The problem was passed on to technical team and within 3 days the problem was solved. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow.
Very happy with the service.

I bought the Upgraded DYU A5 bicycle. The bike itself is great! It gets me from point A to point B and I feel I can trust its battery life. I travel about 20km every day on it and I’ll still have at least half the battery life left when I get home.

Now, Pogocycles were difficult to reach when I was having issues, even though they emailed and messaged my whatsapp asking me to buy the bike repeatedly while it was sitting in my shopping cart. But there was no response when I emailed them about how I paid for express shipping (which was supposed to take 3 days max) and they had sent out the bike with standard shipping (which arrived 13 days later instead). The battery is also incredibly difficult to remove for the average person, unless you have a lot of WD40. I’ve also have an issue where the seat slowly lowers as you ride, especially on bumpy roads. I will be requesting someone very strong to tighten it for me, but again, I shouldn’t have to.

But the bike itself is wonderful! it folds easily, I take it on the train, and putting it together was a BREEZE!!! It is so worth it. I love it. It’s reliable, comfortable, compact, and has charm! I recommend it.

The pedal and attachments weren’t fitted correctly and we had to pay an extra €90 to have it repaired in a bike shop.

I had a good experience with this online bicycle shop. The communication was excellent from start to finish, and their customer service team was genuinely helpful and responsive.
They fully support the Cycle to Work scheme, which made the whole process very convenient.
Slight concern was that the bike was shipped from Poland to Ireland. When I had a small initial issue with the bike, I got worried I might have to repack it and send it back to Poland at my own expense.
Thankfully, the team handled everything professionally and resolved the problem quickly.
Also be aware of extra costs not listed on the website, it's called admin charges. On the €1175 bike, extra charge was €203, so total cost of bike was €1378.

Extremely professional store, focussed on good service and the resolution of any problems. Simply a safe place to buy online.

Amazing experience from Pogo Cycles! Ordered my son an e bike that was advertised everywhere else for between £30-200 more, so very impressed with their prices! From the point of order to receiving the bike took roughly 4 days. Great communication throughout. Highly recommend.

I went to their partner repair shop which helped me fix my bike

The ordering of the bike was very easy, especially with there bike to work scheme form they have on their website. There was an issue with the delivery of the bike, but this was a FedEx issue, not Pogo.

However, after purchasing my bike with accessories, I found the Helmet I bought on Alibaba for €40 but I paid €150. I also found the Airtag bike bell I bought for €5 on Shein, but I paid €40. I didn't find the lock I purchased but found something similar for €30 but again I paid €65.

I understand companies need to make a profit but charging 5/6 times for an item which they most likely just purchased from the websites listed above is shocking behavior. Especially considering I had paid €150 for admin charges.

Also, when I went to the Varun website directly, the bike was the same as what I paid. However the Varun website gave a free lock, phone holder and pump.

In summary, the process of ordering the bike was easy, minor issue with delivery and absolutely ripped off purchasing accessories.

Be very careful and think more than once before spending your money with this company. Firstly, they are Pogo Cycles but also run as Pogo Enterprises Ltd in two different places. They will not issue a refund for factory rejects which is what their bikes are from my experience with them . When brought to court they attempt to use the excuse that the money was paid to one and you are suing the other although both companies have the same name and the same director and both companies registration numbers are available from the CRO. Once the judge has the sense to see past this part of the scam they then attempt to twist the judges ruling and threaten non payment. Be prepared for a long wait and have the determination to see it through, go to court once and follow it up with escalation if the item you buy is completely defective. I have spenr almost 12 months having to walk past a folded elecrric bike at the bottom of my stairs on the way to the bus stop while having a physical disability which limits the distance I can walk and am preparing for the next step on my journey to getting a refund from these scamners

Don’t purchase as no after service support and all talk

I bought a bike the 18th March and on the website it says you'll get it bt 3 and 10 working days. It's been over two weeks already and I haven't got it. The guys on the phone are great but so difficult to understand their accent. Then I realized they ordered the bike the 24th, so 6 days after I bought it. I am still waiting for the bike just because of their mistake ordering. I haven't even got it yet, so I hope everything is alright.
