Ordered some bedding from a Facebook ad at a cost of £231.20 then after a delayed delivery I found out this was from china. ( I would never have made this order if I had known it was from china) this is hidden from you when the purchase is made.
Bedding is ok but nowhere near the quality as described or worth the money paid.
This is going to be costly to return and a headache as they are based in china.
Trading standards informed.
So be warned people and do not purchase from this company.

arrived in very smart parcel, I took it upstairs to see what it looked llike on the bed .WOW !!!, so very happy to see such work gone into the whole thing.Praise to the company for a great standard.

I saw a picture of beautiful bedding and had to order.

Never having used the company before, was uncertain of service and quality.

Very pleasantly surprised as to how easy to order and how quickly received.

Packaging was lovely, quality is excellent and an absolute dream to sleep in.

I would thoroughly recommend and will certainly purchase again.

I was looking for quality pillows and stumbled across the Luxurier website and the goose pillows looked lovely.

I ordered the pillows on the 31st of December and on the 15th January they arrived. The pillows were wrapped tightly in a black plastic bag which had been sucked into almost a ball. To see the contents of the delivery I had to open the packaging and when I did I found the pillows inside.

The pillows were as flat as a pancake and looked nothing like the pillows on the website. Appauled by the standard I sent an email straight away asking for information of how I can return the pillows.

I received an email from someone called Jennifer who asked if I could take a picture of the pillows so I took the pictures and sent over.

I did not hear anything for two days only for Jennifer to email back saying that because I took it out of the packaging it arrived in I could not send back because it was unhygienic.

I explained to Jennifer that I don't have X-ray vision, so I had no other option but to open it and inspect the pillows. I also explained that I believe it would have been more convenient if the plastic bag was transparent and allowed me to view the delivery without needing to open it. Given that I had other deliveries expected, it was difficult to determine if these were indeed the pillows I ordered.

Again I received an email saying they will not refund me.

Reading another review on here it seems a common theme, so avoid the hassle and shop elsewhere because this company are clearly scamming customers.

I could have gone to a local market and bought better quality pillows for £9.99!!

This is my 3rd purchase.
I purchased a set for my sister in Pennsylvania and two for myself and it's all I want on my bed, Luxurier!

I also strongly recommend that you should not buy from this company. They sent the wrong item, when I complained, they didn’t reply. They’re in China and the cost of returning the item, was too costly, because of import duty. I won’t be purchasing anything else from China, especially Luxurier.

Superb Hotel quality bedding really really impressed. Assistance received from Jennifer was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble in fact I’ve now ordered another 2 sets. Go ahead and order with confidence!

Quality wise it feels great and washed well,

Received my bedding order 4 Dec 2023. GOODS ARE NOT AS DESCRIBED. Advertised as Beige Border, however, the colour was actually Grey. There is no getting away from the colour not being beige. Contacted company & also forwarded photos (photos do not do justice of colour due to lighting etc but tried my best to forward best I could). I was advised to return to china address. Cost returning this is £72 by Royal Mail which have to be met by me. This results in being out of pocket as bedding cost £135. Sought advice from citizens advice & advised through consumer rights act 2015 I have a right to reject goods as they were not as described & advised to return bedding to London address which has cost me another £16 by Royal Mail. Unfortunately, it was returned by Royal Mail who was unable to deliver it as I sent it registered post. Out of pocket again! Originally paid for my order by credit card so will be taking this up with them now. The saga continues & I will update any resolvement of my case. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend this seller.

To ensure all buyers are aware - you are purchasing from overseas (the company has requested I not state where within this review) not UK. It states in the small print ‘posted from the place of manufacturing- please email if you want to know where this is’ - I didn’t do this and looked at the head office which is in London. Received goods in very taped up black bin liner - like something bought from eBay. When I opened the pillows were average quality and smelt of smoke. You can purchase from any store in the UK cheaper. As soon as I realised these were being posted from overseas (the company has requested I do not state where) - I emailed and the response back was a cocky ‘you can’t cancel the order’ - had a few email exchanges and could tell from the communication we weren’t dealing with a reputable company. Tried to return and tracked postage at Royal Mail came to £64. Had to take it in the chin and acknowledge I was conned massively and decided to keep just because it wasn’t worth the cost or hassle to return . Buyers beware - this isn’t luxury- it’s from overseas (the company has requested I do not state where) , average quality, poor packaging and rude communication via email - avoid avoid avoid !!

Beautiful looking bedding but the material creases easily which leaves it looking not so nice.
Also the extra sheet I got said it was colour warm grey, when in fact it was beige which does not match. When I emailed to say it was beige & not warm grey as stated, they emailed back saying sorry you didn't realise it was colour warm grey (so no acknowledgement that I said it was beige). I replied saying I said I'd received a beige & not warm grey. No reply back now as they don't want to acknowledge I got a beige an unmatched colour instead of a warm grey.

I have just now put the Kate Brocade set on my bed and all I can say is wow! It is easily the best set I’ve ever had and I thought I was fussy before! Absolute winners were the superb quality of the material, exactly as described, the perfect fit of the fitted sheet even over a topper and the four beautiful pillowcases. It is exactly as pictured. What a wonderful company thank you so much!

Well ….I have today received my order 10365 … it is absolutely stunning! I ordered the Ice Duvet cover set and it is sparkling white with gorgeous embroidery. Having had 1000 thread count Egyptian Cotton in the past, I found this set to be exceptionally great value… as last time the set I bought was twice the price and very plain. I’m very very happy with my purchase!

Had half of my order which I sent back the next day as it was not as advertised. Other half no where to be seen so I imagine it is not coming. These people are abusive when you mention returns and then deny saying what they said but it is recorded in an email so they cannot get passed the fact there is written evidence. Apparently I have no taste for thinking thier bedding is rubbish and not worth the money and not the colour advertised.

Very badly made with frayed edges and dodgy stitching.
Not even the same colour as described or shown. I ordered gold and got dark brown!
Can’t send it back as it’s from China and the postage is £100!

Originally ordered a superking duvet cover set. Was disappointed with the colour (looked so different from the pics). Contacted the company, who advised me that I could order an alternative set and the cost of the return would be paid by them. Sent the return. I have contacted the company numerous times to see where my alternative set is, and have been told that there is a backlog for this set. The money has been paid 2 months ago and now I have nothing to show for it. For such expensive bedding, customer service is poor. I feel as though I’m bothering the company asking where my order is ☹️

Update

Received my order and absolutely gutted about the colour. I ordered Hanna in silver but the bedding received is dark grey. I give up the battle. I’m down £200 + and it definitely won’t go with the bedroom. Sorry Luxurier but your colours do not match the description.

Received my set 2 weeks ago, washed it and used almost immediately.
You can tell the difference from other shops - the fabric is beautiful, silky, pleasant
I’ll buy one more set asap
