No communication at all to say order was delayed and it still hasn’t been sent out. Was supposed to be a birthday present. Definitely won’t be ordering again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I’ve been a customer for years and the quality has always been top-notch. I recently ordered a Palestine Flag pendant and asked about buying an extra chain for an older pendant. Great Customer Service
I made a complaint regarding a Christmas present from my daughter as two bangles were faulty, I received emails from Luxsy and they told me that I could keep the faulty bangles as they did not have replacements but they would send me another type of bracelet for free.I was so pleased with the service and the emails keeping me in touch with my complaint would certainly recommend this company .

Beautiful pieces and speedy customer service
Received my order this week, and I love all the sparkly pieces! It’s such nice quality and I’ve gotten so many compliments on the earrings, necklace, and bracelets that I wore.

Luxsyjewels had an amazing customer service always keeping me updated on my custom jewellery order. The jewellery arrived today and i couldnt be happier! I ordered from this site, I waited a week for my order and still did not receive it. I didn’t get any confirmation email, and when I tried to log into my account, an email was meant to be sent so I can track my order. This site is a scam. And I will be reporting it. So the IP address can be tracked.
