No communication at all to say order was delayed and it still hasn’t been sent out. Was supposed to be a birthday present. Definitely won’t be ordering again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Amazing customer service
So, originally I had a bad experience by not receiving updates to my order and it exceeding the delivery due date so left a bad review and emailed. HOWEVER, the customer service I recieved after this was outstanding. Really quick replies (sometimes even minutes apart!) constant updates on how they’re fixing the situation as well as sending me a free gift as an apology. The jewellery honestly seems like such good quality as well and I do think I would actually purchase from them again. The necklace I purchased was beautiful!

I have not received my item
I have not received my item , nearly 3 wks from purchase . I have sent two emails and received no replies to either one . No customer service at all . No due date for delivery . Item has not even been sent yet .

Brilliant customer service
I ordered my item a few days ago and reached out to customer support for an update, as I expected to receive my order much sooner. They responded promptly, explaining that my order was ready to be shipped the following day. To compensate for the inconvenience, they offered me a free gift worth £25 with my order.
For this reason, I give them 5 stars for their excellent customer service. This is definitely a trustworthy site that goes the extra mile to keep their customers happy.

Ordered pendant and chain
Ordered pendant and chain. Emailed few times to find out delivery, no response. When parcel was delivered, it was wrapped by a six year old, unprofessional. The gift was in a cheap plastic pouch. Please read these reviews before ordering anything from this company.
I did contact the company and we worked out the problems amicably, and therefore, I have now raised my ratings to 4 star.

Terrible 😔 Slow 🦥
Delivery was 1 week late from the time stated which was 'Next Day Delivery ',
1 product which I purchased for £59.99 hasn't been delivered yet. Did get an email notifying me that it would be a 1 to 2 week delay for delivery. Which would make the overall delivery time 3 weeks. Also I haven't received a free gift which was supposed to be sent with my other purchases.
To be honest I am disappointed with the service which is reflected on the overall rating I have given Luxsy.
Hopefully the other products will be sent ASAP.

Just to clarify, we did inform you via email that one of your items was a made-to-order piece with a production time of 7-10 days, which is why there was a delay. We're pleased to see that the item has now successfully arrived.
