No communication at all to say order was delayed and it still hasn’t been sent out. Was supposed to be a birthday present. Definitely won’t be ordering again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

10/10 best of the best

During transit, the item unfortunately went out of stock, which we communicated to you, and you requested a refund. We processed your full refund the very next day, exactly as you asked.
Throughout this process, we followed our standard protocols and provided clear options to resolve the situation.
Your review gives the impression that there was no communication or that we did not keep you informed throughout.
We feel this does not reflect the steps we took to address your concern promptly and professionally.

Good quality and reasonable price. My order was damaged when I received it. I spoke to customer service straight away they sent replacement. Will defo shop again.
