It's very confusing what you can and…
It's very confusing what you can and can't do within this account.
It says receive money into the account very easily, but when I did from a friend that owed me a small amount I was grilled about it and initially asked to provide PDF for where it had come from as if it may be fraudulent, but he only owed me money I had lent him to fix his car.
It sometimes leaves you feeling quite scared you're doing something wrong.
But overall my poker buy in experience with it has been excellent.

how to lose money
it takes a lot of personal unformation and paperwork to join this site , I joined it to pay money into dusk till dawn for a poker tournament , you have to log into your personal account with this dodgy site to pay the money , I tried to withdraw my own money after logging into the app , it tells you there is a big withdrawal fee so I thought I'm not using them again because of that so I accepted , then I get an email telling me to send loads more personal information , this is after I logged into my own account , this seems very dodgy even your own bank app doesn't ask all that . then because I refused to reveal any more personal details they blocked my account until I did . STAY CLEAR OF This VERY DODGY SITE

Too high comission
Too high comission and they take comission on everything - transfers, excange. I was withdrawing 120$ to my bank account and paid around 20$ of comission which is ridiculous.

Thank you for your review. There are no fees on transfers, only on currency exchange and some withdrawal methods depending on your VIP level. For regular users fees are reduced and most are removed.

This is a scam
This is a scam, charges to load money onto your card. Then extortionate charges to withdraw it to your bank account or to other accounts. How do FCA allow this? beyond comprehension. Do Not Recommend

Does what is says on the tin, Received lots of payments from poker wins, when they do KYC its done very quickly, withdraws and deposits are fast. over all a very easy service. not a great layout like Paypal but its good enough.

We have instant bank transfers in the UK which will have solved this problem for your friend. Always reach out for assistance, we have customer support staff attending major events too
