Ive started using Luxon for the last 3 months and I see why its becoming so popular, especially in poker circles.

They also implemented iban for EU customers, removed bank withdrawal fees which majority of reviewers had issue here. Oh yeah and their black mastercard doesnt have card number on it, so if it gets stolen/lost nobody can use it - neat trick.

They need to work more on UX, its obvious they are a young ewallet.

For now my go-to ewallet!

LuxonPay is extremely user-unfriendly and overpriced. Withdrawal fees are ridiculously high, and there are no free cards, no referrals, and no real benefits for users.

Plenty of better, cheaper, and more user-focused alternatives exist. Stay away.

Bank transfers are slow and poorly tracked. My withdrawal showed “Completed” and my Luxon balance was debited, but the money took much longer than expected to arrive at Revolut. The fee is also high (€10). In comparison, Skrill bank withdrawals are cheaper (around €5.50) and usually arrive within hours/under 24h for me. The app UI is fine, but payout speed and transparency need a lot of improvement (clear timelines, better tracking/trace info, proactive status updates).

The fees are way too high i only wanted to withdraw my funds that was in account so had to 'deposite' money to recieve but then they had fees to withdraw a certain amount therefor had to deposite more. All in all i lost out on money. This website is very bad and decieving would not recomend to anyome to use at all.

If the company want too make it as hard as possible too make a deposit they done a great job.

I made withdrawal from a legal sportsbook, despite I provided them all proof of my funds they refused my payment and closed my account.

Luxon Pay has been outstanding from start to finish. The app is easy to use, transfers are fast, and fees are very reasonable. Customer support has been particularly impressive — every time I’ve had a question, the team responded quickly and professionally. I also appreciate the security features and how straightforward it is to manage different currencies. Overall, a reliable and smooth payment solution.

They put BWIN, LADBROKES, Sportingbet, Coral and any casino/sportsbook from Entain on blacklist.
Due that, now they are useless e-wallet for gamblers/bettors.
Ridiculous fees compared to Skrill

You will be scammed out of your money, only a fool sends money to these scammers, they closed my account with 2000usd in it, and they didn't even tell me the reason why.

I will not be using this service again due to the high fees. I was charged a fee when depositing money into my Luxon Pay account, and on top of that, a 10% fee was applied to my withdrawal amount. These charges are excessive, and I would much rather use cash than continue with such costly transactions.

Member since 2022 and used service for all poker buy-ins and pay-outs. Stopped using this year when they started introducing ludicrous fees. Despite having spent thousands previously, wasn't grandfathered in to a fee-less plan, and the plan brackets for lower or no fees are completely unrealistic (tens of thousands deposited per quarter to maintain no fees).
Instantly stopped using Luxon and resumed buying in with cash instead. No fees at my club with cash.
Will never ever use Luxon again unless they scrap fees for deposits and withdrawals.

I have used there services approximately three times and had no issues. Given this, I made a deposit via Crypto to my account. Deposit was made in accordance with their instructions and they guarantee deposits should be credited within 48h. I made an deposit a week ago and funds has yet to be credited. I have been in contact with customer support which confirm deposit has been made correctly, and yet no funds has been credited. I have received the message “we have escalated this so our crypto department” and no follow up.
Given this, I must discourage everyone from using Luxon’s services as they clearly are over their head regarding crypto.

I withdrew some money from my online poker account into my Luxon account because there was no other option available.
When I tried to withdraw from my Luxon account I was told that the card they had on record wouldn't work unless I made another deposit with it to re-register it (or rubbish to that effect). This is basically how scams work.
Eventually I had to make a bank withdrawal which cost around 7% of my total balance.
Of course they were very apologetic!

This company is total GARBAGE.
I was told by support to exchange from USD to DKK to withdraw, 24 hours later, withdrawel declined 2 times. Then i was told to exchange from DKK TO USD, and yet again withdrawel was declined, and ofcourse you pay fees for exchanging, withdrawing, depositing etc. etc.
Support is terrible, and I got disconnected 11 times while waiting.
Never gonna use this terrible provider again.
Simply too damn bad, and WAY TOO EXPENSIVE... (21,30$ just for a withdrawel by bank account)

I made a withdrawl to a closed bank account accidently. After having engaged with the recipient bank it was confirmed that the account was closed and no further funds had been received. Engaged with Luxon Support and they opended a ticket with their finance team. I have requested a recall of the transaction but have been told I will have to wait for the finance team. So here I am stuck in limbo waiting for someone to do their job for over 2 weeks. Not a great experience and on top of that the current issue of withdrawals to visa cards is a majot pain I hope they fix ASAP.

they make it very hard to withdraw your money , I joined them in January , I tried to withdraw some of my money in February, they asked for my passport number a home bill , even though I went through that to join , then they charge an exhorbitant amount of interest on it aswell , I would keep clear of this dodgy site

Charges are way too high for transferring in and out. Steer clear.

I logged in to GGPoker, tried to deposit luxonpay was a payment method tried to deposit and when reached the final step i was told that my account was suspended and they cant tell me why.

I will not trust a penny of my money on this app! Worst customer support ! Worst verification process! I uploaded 5 requested documents and all refused! Internet bill, 3 bank statements. I lost 2 hours today trying to verify my account between robots few mails same outcome!Do not trust!Now can't access the app ! Don't recomend !
