Shipping was super fast and when the size I ordered was a little snug they immediately replaced item with the next size up

Whilst the product itself didn’t work out for me, I’m really impressed by the incredibly quick response received from Waqar. My email was replied to immediately and the refund was processed instantly. Due to hygiene reasons, of course Luxmery don’t ask for the product to be returned, but as was suggested to me, I will definitely see if any of my friends would like it. The quality is amazing and it’s beautifully made, it’s a shame the smallest size I ordered was too large for my frame. I wouldn’t hesitate buying from this company again though.

I didn't like the way the bodysuits fit so customer service sent me updated versions to try for free. When I decided against keeping any of the suits, I returned them for free and was refunded my full purchase amount back. Customer service representatives were very friendly and helpful.

Great customer service very quick response. Wasn't happy with the items I ordered as 2 different sizes came not sure if it was my error or not. Got offered to replace with different sizes or something completely different. I just opted for a refund as not quite sure what style I wanted. I didn't realise when orders u can't send items back but they where still happy to refund full amout.
I emailed Friday evening and the Money has gone back into my account this morning (Monday).

The bodysuits didn’t fit my body type, and Jane was so quick and sweet to respond, even on a Sunday !

I sent customer service an email about a body suit that i purchased from them. It was a body sculpting suit and I have had it less than a month, wore it maybe 2 times before it started ripping in the neckline. I will say, they got back to me quickly, but this was their response:

Unfortunately, since the item has already been worn, it doesn't fall under our replacement or discount policy. However, we definitely value your feedback and want to make sure you have a positive experience with us.

If there’s anything else we can do for you or if you’d like recommendations on other products that might work better for you, please don’t hesitate to let me know. I’m here to help!

After posting this review, they responded back to me that they would send me a replacement. It was just kind of disappointing that it took me posting this review for them to care about my experience and quality of the item. I changed my review from 2 to 3 stars.

Jane helped me when the items I chose weren't right for me and let me say the customer service is impeccable. I really appreciate the time and care she took.

I like the product. It was what I expected, but I had chosen a size based on guidelines and I felt that I had chosen incorrectly -- I contacted Luxmery (worked with Ikra) and they immediately offered me an alternate size replacement garment... free of charge! No return or exchange necessary! Just the new size garment! The product (sculpting body suits) is great and their customer service outstanding - above and beyond!

I purchased a few bodysuits recently and had an issue with a missing item. I contacted Luxmery and was assisted by Jane who was very helpful in resolving the problem. Jane was professional, polite and responded to my emails in a timely manner. I appreciate this kind of customer service.

Very good service. It was good to reach out to Customer survice when I needed help and information. Ikra was amazing and very helpful and solved my issues quickly and proffesionally. Highly recomend this company.

Jane responded very quickly with a satisfactory solution to my problem. She and I had been communicating about a lost shipment. She took care of that issue by my first email. This last message was to notify them that the original package had been received. Her overnight response “ keep them or give them away”. Luxmery has great customer service but very long shipping times

Never experienced such amazing service!! No robot-answers but personal chats (every time the same person!). I bought the wrong size of one of the bodysuits and they noticed that in my review. Though I didn't complain (it was my own fault) and wrote that I was very happy with the other one I ordered, they reached out to me. They insisted to solve the problem because they wanted me to be happy with the purchase. I got great advice and a new bodysuit. In my previous review I already praised the quality and the comfort of the bodysuit. Before Luxmery I wore controlling underwear only with special clothes like tight dresses, because it was were very uncomfortable; tight and hot. But now I could wear it every day because of the perfect soft and breathing fabric.

I received fabulous support after I requested to return a body suit (great product, just not right for me). Julie was very helpful and friendly when handling my request. Can't fault the Luxmery support team!

Not only is the product what it says it is, but their customer service is absolutely unmatched. They answer & respond so quickly even through email. Quality all around. I promise, I’m buying more because they’re that good.
