When I purchased a size I wasn’t satisfied with and contacted the luxmery support team, Steph reached out to me quickly within a few days to solve the problem by sending me a smaller size free of charge to make sure I’m happy with my purchase! I haven’t received them yet but I hope to be fully satisfied with the product.

I ordered a body suit that ended up being a little to small. I emailed the company the same day I received my order to see if I could exchange the one I bought for a bigger size. Someone got back to me within twenty minutes. They were extremely helpful and nice. They sent me another body suit one size up no charge and I got to keep the original one. They had my new body suit boxed up and shipped out to me the same exact day that I emailed them.

Wow, the customer service was amazing. Somebody answered my call on a weekend, immediately got my request submitted and I had an email response by the next day, and a fantastic resolution to my issue shortly thereafter. I’m impressed! Thank you Jane!

When I had order the MOMbogo - I tried two different sizes. The XS/S was the good fit and I loved the fabric and the compression. The other bodysuit was a M/L and while i loved that fabric too, it truly was way too big for me and too long. No real compression. So i reached out to support office of Luxmery and Jane was there to listen and to help--and right away!! So excited to have the other bodysuit coming in the right size for me. I now have my sister excited to order from Lumery!!!

Great customer service. I received the wrong color in shapewear. Steph from customer support responded quickly, and had the correct one shipped out immediately. They also even allowed me to keep the one that was shipped to me by accident free of charge, which was a great surprise. I wish every company could be this good at customer service!

Exceptional Customer Service. Very responsive and immediately offered me a new size and product at no cost or hassle of shipping back the other item.

My bodysuit arrived with a small hole in it, but in within an hour Shoaib had a new one getting shipped to me, and I don’t need to deal with returning the damaged one, hooray! Fabulous customer service!

I ordered the wrong size in one of my body suits. They were very prompt with their messages and are sending me one in the correct size even though it was my fault for ordering it wrong. I will be 100% buying from them again.

Saw the bodysuits on Instagram, and immediately loved them. They looked to good to be true, but they are amazing. Fits snug, which I love. Maybe could have gone to a M/L, but happy with the XS/S. I inadvertently ordered the wrong style. The customer service was AMAZING! The fulfillment team is sending me the round neck bodysuits and to save me from returning the wrong ones, I can keep or give to someone as a gift. Never, has this happened to me. Can't say enough about how well I was taken care of in a timely manner.

Jane and Shoaib were very helpful and ensured that my experience with Luxmery was excellent. I was a little dissatisfied with the fit, but they addressed my concerns and went above and beyond. I will continue to support them.

Absolutely fantastic customer service provided by Jane at Luxmery. I love the bodysuits, the reviews are all true, they are magic and speak for themselves. I would highly recommend them. I had an issue with one piece and Jane resolved my issue promptly and beyond my expectations. Very easy to purchase. items came on time. And the body suit is SOOO comfortable! I wore it for 8 hours in the heat and never felt stuffed in or that I couldn't breath (like some other shapeware).

There was a problem with UPS delivering my package and I was worried it would end there, but I contacted luxmery support and Jane was able to help me with everything. It’s a stressful situation but she made it completely stress free, and was very responsive to the emails. Can’t wait to get my order!
