A terrible lack of customer service. I ordered 15th March and emailed 16th asking for a refund under their no quibble refund policy. The website says you'll receive a response within 48 hours. I emailed again on 18th, and have still heard absolutely nothing. I could see that the order had not shipped at that point.

It's now 26th March, the order has arrived and I'm not impressed with the bodysuits which offer very little compression (I took before and after measurements). I feel I've wasted £50 with zero chance of a refund, given the complete lack of any response from Support.

Update, following a reply from the brand: you've asked me to email you however you can simply reply to one of the three emails already sent to this address in the last 3 weeks. This response feels performative, and coincidentally came about on the same day I got a refund through chargeback.

Order placed, tracking reference received almost immediately. Very surprised that the shipping linked to a courier in China, the company is registered in Cyprus and seems to position themselves as US based?
Still status ‘preparing to receive order’ 2 weeks after placing my order. Contacted customer service, automated replies.
Seems like scam. Beware that orders appear to originate from China

The demonstration seemed convincing to me, I had a promotion code “1 bought one offered” on the sculpting bodysuit.
Everything went smoothly, and the order arrived fairly quickly.
I was skeptical, but this bodysuit proved to be as effective - really slimming the figure - as it was comfortable. It fits perfectly.
To try it is to adopt it.

The product is superb. It is light and comfortable to wear against the skin. There are no rough edges, no cutting into the skin or shoulders with the straps just smooth, buttery control where you need it most. Excellent product. Glad I got 2 (black and white).

Their shipping policy says 4-7 days for US standard shipping. I ordered two shapewears on December 5, today is December 27th and still not received any package. It’s been in transit forever! This is so wrong and misleading! I planned on gifting them to people and Christmas has now passed.

Stretches well but supportive. Well made. Confidence boosting by providing good support and coverage. Excellent and understanding customer service too - would recommend 100%!

Jane was amazing!! This was my first time ordering with this company, so I wasn’t sure what to expect I received the items and loved them, but needed to exchange 2 items for different sizes. Not only was Jane super responsive, but she allowed me to keep the 2 original items as well as get 2 new items in different sizes and colors. The whole process was easy and enjoyable. I would whole heartedly recommend this company to anyone wanting quality products and amazing customer service!

I was very pleased with the Luxmery Sculpting Camis! The material is high-quality, and the design is extremely slimming, with a great grip on the hem to keep it perfectly in place. However, I realized I should have ordered a size up. I initially went with a medium, but due to my bust size (34DDD), a large would have been more comfortable. My husband loved how it looked on me, but I know I’ll feel better in the larger size.
What truly impressed me was Luxmery’s exceptional customer service. After reaching out to Jane in their support department, the issue was resolved in minutes. I quickly received confirmation that replacement items were already on their way. This level of responsiveness and care is rare and very much appreciated. I’m confident the larger size will be exactly what I’ve been searching for! Highly recommend both the product and the company.
