Where do I even begin? Words truly cannot express how grateful we are to Luxe Tribe for making our Bali experience one of the most beautiful, seamless, and unforgettable trips of our lives.
From the moment we arrived, everything was handled with excellence, care, and professionalism. Every villa experience, excursion, spa day, the elephant park, butterfly park—every single detail was thoughtfully planned and beautifully executed.
A HUGE special thank you to Priscilla for going above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. She constantly checked in, made sure we were happy, and handled every situation immediately. If we needed anything, it was taken care of almost instantly. When the water wasn’t working, someone came within minutes. When my room door needed fixing, help arrived right away. The level of attentiveness and care was unmatched.
And we absolutely cannot forget our incredible driver, Surya. He was beyond amazing! Always on time, patient, kind, professional, and made sure we got to every activity safely and on schedule. Whether it was shopping, navigating busy areas, waiting for us, or helping us during stressful moments—he was there without complaint and with the best attitude. I even lost my wallet at Finn’s Beach Club, and he genuinely tried to help me find it. That level of care meant so much to us.
The private chef and assistant were also phenomenal! The food, service, and hospitality made us feel so special and taken care of.
What stood out the most was how Luxe Tribe made us feel. They didn’t just book a vacation—they created an experience. Even during moments of stress or group personalities clashing, the team remained kind, patient, and supportive. No irritation, no frustration—just genuine care and professionalism.
Bali is already one of the most beautiful places in the world, but Luxe Tribe made it magical.

My recent trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, was nothing short of amazing, all thanks to Eben Aryeh’s flawless coordination and support. Everything was executed perfectly and felt completely seamless from start to finish, making it the ultimate stress-free birthday vacation. Communication was consistently open, and every single one of my excursions started and ended exactly on schedule. While Eben was always readily available to answer any questions, his proactive planning ensured everything was so well-handled that I didn't even need to ask! I am utterly amazed by the incredible birthday experience curated by Eben and the LuxeTribe team. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I just got back from Rio with a group of 8 friends, and honestly, the trip exceeded every expectation we had. We decided to book through Luxe Tribes, and it ended up being one of the best decisions we made.

Our agent Gabriel was on it—super responsive, easy to communicate with, and actually listened to what we wanted out of the trip instead of giving us some generic itinerary. You can tell he really knows Rio and cares about getting it right. Everything felt personalized to our group, which isn’t easy with eight different personalities.

All of our excursions were seamlessly organized. Visiting Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf could’ve easily been chaotic with a group our size, but everything was timed perfectly and ran smoothly. We never felt rushed, but also never felt like we were wasting time figuring things out. It struck a really good balance between structured and flexible.

The restaurants, the going-out spots, even the more low-key daytime suggestions—everything hit. It felt like we had a local friend guiding us rather than just a travel service. He was always available if we had questions or needed to pivot plans, which made the whole experience feel stress-free.

Looking back, the trip wouldn’t have been the same without that level of attention and coordination. It allowed us to actually enjoy being together and take in Rio instead of worrying about logistics.

Genuinely one of the best trips I’ve taken—definitely a once-in-a-lifetime kind of experience.

I had an amazing time traveling with Luxe Tribes! They do a great job setting up everything for you including airport transfers, private drivers, and amazing guides that still with you and give a lot of information. I jusf came back from a 9 dag trip from Vietnam and it was the best trip I’ve ever taken a w tour guide. I was hesitant to book w them just bc Im very hands on w planning my own trips but they hit every nail on the mark!! Def will be traveling with them again and super great for any solo travelers!! Had a great experience with Luxe Tribes. I went to Vietnam and had a blast. The host and guides were amazing and very informative. The hotel's and the cruise made me want to stay forever. Food was awesome. Shopping was awesome. Excursions was awesome. I would say, for the itinerary, if final itinerary could be sent out at least 3 weeks ahead of time. Other than that, I will be using Luxe Tribes again and again.

I recently traveled to Morocco with Luxe Tribes for my best friend’s 50th birthday, and the experience was truly amazing from start to finish. This was a girls trip, and everything felt thoughtfully planned and seamless. The riad we stayed in was beautiful, the people were warm and welcoming, and Morocco itself felt like such a magical place. One of the absolute highlights was the hot air balloon ride, it was unforgettable and honestly one of those “wow, this is worth every penny” moments. What really stood out to me was how easy Luxe Tribes made the entire experience. We never had to worry about transportation or logistics. Our guide Said and our driver Zyaid were incredibly attentive, respectful, and helpful throughout the trip and they truly made us feel taken care of.
Before the trip, Elizabeth from Luxe Tribes was extremely communicative and organized. She held Zoom meetings with our group and stayed in constant contact via email and group chat, which made us feel prepared and excited leading up to the trip. There was a small hiccup during one of our dinners in the desert, but the Luxe Tribes staff handled it immediately and worked with the venue to fix the situation, which I really appreciated.
I would absolutely recommend Luxe Tribes for girls trips or any group travel. The payment plans are helpful, they keep you on track with all necessary documents, and they truly take the stress out of planning a vacation.

I just returned from the most incredible experience with Luxe Tribes for their Bali getaway and WOW, they understood the assignment.

I celebrated my 40th birthday on this trip, and every detail felt intentional, curated, and truly luxe. From the seamless airport pickup to the thoughtfully planned itinerary (floating breakfast, spa day, Ubud adventures, waterfalls, temples… all of it), I didn’t have to think about a single thing… just show up and enjoy.

The balance between structured experiences and free time was perfect, the accommodations were beautiful, and the overall vibe was elevated but still warm and welcoming. It honestly felt like traveling with a community that values experience, culture, and good energy.

What stood out most was how effortless everything felt. Traveling internationally can sometimes be overwhelming, but Luxe Tribes made it smooth, organized, and stress-free from start to finish.

If you’re looking for a travel experience where you can celebrate, relax, explore, and feel taken care of … this is it. Bali for my 40th was unforgettable, and Luxe Tribes played a huge role in that.

My trip to Bali was fantastic overall. The accommodations were beautiful, the welcome gift was thoughtful, and the staff was incredible—especially Gayatri aka G, our concierge, who went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. She truly made the trip a success.

That said, my experience with Luxe Tribes was not so great. With a group of 14, there were several details we had to repeatedly follow up on that I expected a travel agency to handle proactively. For example, our late-night arrival (12:15am) wasn’t aligned with our villa check-in time (4:00pm), and no adjustments were suggested. Our group had to ask for an earlier check in to avoid waiting around for hours after a long flight. Our group was also split into two villas and separate spa times due to last-minute bookings, which impacted the overall experience, not to mention some of the excursions were missing altogether. Some meal plans were even finalized the day before the respective meal. Our itinerary and meals should have been finalized at least 2 weeks in advance of the trip, which we started paying on 6+ months advance.

While Luxe Tribes made an effort, they missed key opportunities to anticipate our needs, especially for the price we paid. I feel like we overpaid for our entire trip. I was able to individually price the excursions and the villa and what we paid to Luxe was grossly inflated compared to if we had booked on our own.

Despite that, Bali is absolutely beautiful, and thanks to G, we still had a great experience.

My April 2026 trip to Ghana with Luxe Tribe was nothing short of incredible. From start to finish, everything was thoughtfully planned and executed with care.

Alice, our coordinator, was extremely detailed, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. She made sure we were well-prepared before arrival and continued to check in to ensure everything ran smoothly. That level of organization truly set the tone for a stress-free and enjoyable experience.

Our tour guide, KB, was absolutely amazing. His knowledge of Ghana’s history, culture, and hidden gems brought every moment to life. He was attentive, kind, and incredibly accommodating, always making sure our needs were met while offering great suggestions that enhanced our experience. His warm personality and constant smile made every day even more enjoyable.

Richard, our driver, was equally impressive. Navigating the roads with ease and professionalism, he made us feel safe and comfortable at all times.
From vibrant market visits to breathtaking sightseeing, art galleries, museums, storytelling, and the deeply meaningful naming ceremony. Every experience felt authentic and memorable. This trip was more than just travel; it was a cultural immersion that I will cherish forever.

Luxe Tribe created an unforgettable journey, and I would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to explore Ghana in a meaningful and well-curated way.

I had an amazing experience with Luxe Tribes. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional handling all questions and requests timely. Our trip was guided by “G” who had endless energy, lots of patience and was well organized. I would definitely recommend using their services.

My Luxe Tribe experience had some beautiful highlights but also a few areas where the service didn’t quite match the premium price point. Here’s my full breakdown for anyone considering booking with them

1. The welcome basket and curated gifts were such a thoughtful touch it set a warm tone for the trip right away.
2. Our personal concierge G was truly the star of the experience. From start to finish she was attentive, patient, and genuinely invested in making our stay special. I can’t thank her enough!!!
3. The branded Luxe shirts and cars made the team easy to spot and transportation always felt seamless and professional.
4. Luxe Tribe did an excellent job selecting restaurants and private chefs and every meal they arranged was memorable.
5. Daily chef prepared breakfast was a nice touch and I looked forward to each morning.

Where They Fell Short

1. For the overall cost the value didn’t quite align with what we received.
2. Even though we were traveling as a large group, we were placed in separate villas despite larger villas being available. We were also charged extra for a single room in a villa and the pricing felt considerably inflated for the country.
3. Spa appointments weren’t secured early enough which meant our group couldn’t enjoy a spa day together something I had really looked forward to.
4. Several booking details felt unorganized and communication around logistics wasn’t as clear as expected.
5. Our itinerary finalized so close to our arrival and a few excursions that were originally offered during booking were missing.
6. Because of the poor planning we missed out on additional excursions we wanted to book during the trip.

I’m still not over Brazil 😭🇧🇷

I took a ton of pics my phone (because clearly I think I’m a photographer 😂) and now I’m overwhelmed in the best way going through them. Every single moment was just… chef’s kiss.

But beyond the pictures, Brazil really did something to me. It was SO fun and easily one of my favorite places I’ve ever been. The people, the food, the culture… everything just felt right. Comfortable, warm, and full of life.

I loved it there, truly. I’ll be back 💛
