We are so sorry — being charged for 3 items when you only ordered 1, never receiving your order, and then leaving 5 voicemails with no callback is completely unacceptable and we fully understand your frustration.

We're sorry to hear about your mom's experience and completely understand why seeing multiple charges was alarming.

We'd like to clarify what likely happened: our payment processor charges each item in an order as a separate transaction rather than combining everything into one total charge. So if her order included multiple products, each one would appear as an individual charge on her bank statement — which can understandably look like unauthorized repeated billing when it's actually all part of the same order.

Regarding shipping origin: we do have warehouses in the United States, and most orders ship domestically. However, due to high demand, some items temporarily went out of stock in our U.S. warehouses.
