I worked with Matt Gibson and his team for a mortgage and the process couldn’t have gone better. As a first time buyer and in a country that’s new to me Matt helped ease my mind, answer all my questions and was empathetic to my curiosities and concerns, while remaining professional. Booked a phone call with Mr Adam James, as usual he explained everything needed we had a good chat about my retirement and what was needed. I got all the information I needed. I asked few questions which he did happily explain and went through all the my questions. I found Mr Adam James very knowledgeable and helpful and was ready to answer any questions.

Celeste missold me financial products with false promises and information. Wolf in sheep’s clothing. Upon wishing to close these products, she put up every road block possible in order to prolong them and accumulate further commission from the weak schemes she had enrolled me in.

Directors have no interest in taking responsibility and instead divert blame onto the company whose products they sell (SJP)

I am in the process of reporting to the financial ombudsman and will be taking legal action to recover damages suffered by their mis-selling and purposeful extended delay of encashing my investments, unless substantial accountability and resolution is offered.

At the time of writing, I still have a 6 figure sum of money locked in one of their investments whereby continuing incorrect information is being fed to me as to why I am yet to receive the funds. This has been ongoing since 2025

Andrew Oliver always presents himself in a knowledgeable, professional manner. He explains what the Markets are doing , giving sound advice.

After my two year deal with my previous mortgage was drawing to a close, Tracy was in contact with me to discuss my new mortgage. As I was moving house and had different needs, Tracy was incredibly swift in finding the perfect mortgage and even chasing me to make sure I'd supplied correct information and got all the paperwork signed and back to her.
Very swift with her replies to both phone and email, and when she was away, Jordan kept me informed of any updates.
It was pleasure working with them and I have no hesitation in recommending these ladies and look forward to working with them again.
