Brilliant customer service. Make sure they message you with updates whilst resolving issues, which always get resolved. Wish every credit card company had customer service like this!

Vay from customer service is amazing. Sorted my issue within a couple of hours once contact was made. Only negative about bits customer service as a whole is that through the app you click for help and you're choosing options but no options were right for my issue. And when you try to get through bits close down the conversation and submit the ticket as resolved even though I hadn't spoken to anyone. Other than that perfection!

These people have been damaging my credit file for so long , I have never borrowed any money from there company , I requested to cancel this several times with no communication from there company . They log missed payments for months and not once used there service when I realised it wasn’t a real credit card . Absolute scam

Easy to use, Fast customer service response. Yes there is a subscription fee but once you understand the product I decided it was suited for my needs very well. Credit card is great and there are discounts on the voucher store although i havent used it yet. Thanks Bits!!

Really great app and service - helps w credit score massively and the structure is straight forward

Bits is a good card to have you only pay bk whst you borrow and once a month 22 pound its good for people that have bad crrdit it helps boost your dcore
