Great experience all round.
Shipment came very quickly and I love them. Color is a perfect match and I am receiving so many wonderful compliments

The extension colors are not as advertised on the website site. And they don’t accept returns. Even though their website says easy returns. They only allow exchanges or credit. They say no returns for sanitary purposes but I never even opened my package because the color was so far off from what I ordered. I ordered “bright ginger” and got a deep brownish red color. I emailed and they replied and said I can return and they will examine the product and issue store credit accordingly.

The quality is amazing and it arrived sooner then I thought it would.

I have had no problems at all with this company! They have been both helpful and quick to respond to emails.

Really enjoyed the connection!

Horrible company with returns and customer service!!! It’s been 6 months and I am still not getting the color I asked for or a refund! Just buy off amazon !!
Update: they yet again sent the wrong color, I asked for a refund… they stated the refunded the card I used , I have been in contact with them over this and told them I no longer have that same card …… radio silence!!! I have chalked this up to a total loss !!!! Please please please don’t waste your money on this company!!!

Absolutely wonderful. In love with my hair extensions, amazing colour match and great material. After taking my hair out I was very insecure but since having these extensions I feel so much happier in my appearance ❤️❤️❤️thank you x

Amazing Halo products I am on my 3rd order. Customer service was amazing in assisting me to find the right colors for my hair. The wire does not bother my scalp at all.

There was a problem with my shipment, it was resolved the issue asap. The halo product is great for the price. As a 63 year old woman, quality was paramount and they met my expectations. With great customer service (which was non existent with previous company's I have dealt with) Lula has secured me as a customer. I will be using them again in future.

Buyer Beware. Took almost a month to get a halo that was supposed to be medium brown and instead was gold/deep brown. Can get a store credit if returned in original packaging in pristine condition which I can do but I don’t want a store credit. Hair feels like Barbie doll hair. Buy elsewhere.

They took my money and I had to return it for being the wrong length and color. I SENT IT BACK in FEBRUARY and still have not received anything. I gave them my phone number and nothing. DONT BUY FROM THEM.

I have had a great experience! customer service was kind enough to send me a wig after mine was accidentally cut off from the wire. very pleased with this company. Thank you very much! I will tell others to buy your hair extensions for sure

The only good thing about this product is the colour, it matched perfectly however one of the ones received was faulty then also don't work with curlers u like the website suggests so struggle to see how it's real hair!
Emailed telling them that one is faulty and that I don't want them so want a refund, I've been offered a 20% refund which isn't acceptable - the item is faulty and mis-sold unless their counting 2 styles as a 'variety of fabulous styles'
Also feels like doll hair so defo not real! Stay well clear is my advice

I paid my order and when i emailed lula to get feedback because i haven't heard from them at all they told me yhey need a tax number to proceed

I went through the process of getting a color match and it was fast and easy! The color is great! Love the product too!

Horrible company!  They don’t know how to colour match second, takes forever to receive your order and third of all the name is defective.  They sent me hair but the band is creased from being folded for however long you can’t do nothing to get that crease out I tried steaming nothing works. Omg no wonder buy one second one free and now they sent me a replacement without sending the first one back because I told him I’ve contacted you guys 18 emails yes everyone 18 emails and I told him this is the last time I’m going to contact you then I’m gonna seek my legal rights they contact me on a regular basis doing everything they could possibly do for me then they finally send me another one but it’s stuck you can’t even make it tighter.  Now I’m gonna seek my legal rights this is crazy I suggest everyone else do the same thing that are unhappy with his company. Or seek consumer protection they usually help. Avoid this company !

Emailed for a colour match and had a reply really quickly. Ordered the colour they recommended which was spot on. Perfect match. Was worried it would be obvious in my hair as its so fine but you can't tell its in at all. I'm so pleased with them and the fact it's buy one get one free was even better. Now looking at other hairpieces I can buy for when I wear my hair up

Yes Lula refunded me $30 after 2 attempts of not getting correct color right . Then to just say “ we’re sorry you don’t like our product “ it wasn’t that ! They didn’t even offer to help get it right ! So … I will dye the Messy Bun myself to match my hair color !They are not worth using and takes over 15 days to receive !

Customer service was FABULOUS. So responsive and helpful, and assisted me with every question I had. And the products are so well crafted. I recommend Lula 100% to anyone who is interested in what Lula offers.
