Très déçue de mon achat. Les extensions sont loin d’être de la qualité annoncée. On parle de “90% cheveux naturels”, mais clairement ce n’est pas le cas : la texture est artificielle et le rendu n’est pas du tout naturel.

Gros problème également sur la couleur : j’ai commandé une teinte précise qui ne correspond absolument pas à ce que j’ai reçu.

Pour le prix payé, c’est inacceptable. On a surtout l’impression qu’il y a beaucoup de publicité pour attirer les clients, mais que la qualité ne suit pas du tout.

Je ne recommande pas.

Your product and your customer service are both amazing! Initially, I ordered the wrong color. You were quick and willing to remedy my mistake. The new halo was delivered and was a perfect match. Easy to put on. I was amazed at how it stayed put all day. Worth every penny!!

The quality of the hair is amazing — soft, natural-looking, and easy to style. I was also very impressed with how comfortable the extensions feel and how beautifully they blend with my own hair.

Color match was perfect and I was so pleased with the product! It was hard not to immediately order more. My hair is so thin and fine, it's nice to feel like I actually have hair again... thank you, Thathair!

My experience with That Hair has been great! Especially customer service! I had some questions and needed an exchange, they responded quickly and were very helpful with my questions.

The first order I did, was not going to work out. I did not do the color match offered, and I should have.

I contacted customer service at their email and explained the hat was not going to work and they had me take photos of my hair and they did a color match. I just got the new ones and they are PERFECT!!!
The match is absolutely perfection!!!!
It’s unreal how close they matched to my hair. I would give 100 stars if I could.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! #1 The color match is AMAZING! My husband and I could not tell which was my hair and which was the extension hair, once it was in place! The hair is a very good quality, in addition to the fabulous color match. One of the halo wires was missing a comb, so I contacted customer service to request a new wire. Their.response was to advise me they would send 2 new full halo extensions in any length I wanted with no need to return the ones they had sent. The customer service reps for this company are top notch! Never, in all my online shopping have I ever experienced such professional and caring customer service reps, which says a lot about the company. You cannot go wrong with this company. I would give them 10 stars if I could! After my experience shopping with them, I would never shop anywhere else for halos! A++++++ for doing things RIGHT!

My first order did not match my hair and Thathair was very responsive and worked with me to choose a color and that matched perfectly.

Hair matched great. I just need to learn how to properly put them on!

I was bummed when I realized I got the length all wrong however customer service helped right away! I’m loving my halos (I have the 18” and the 14”) and have been getting so many compliments! I just had my 62nd birthday on April 2 and absolutely love the feeling I get with longer hair.

Its always nice to get EXACTLY what you order. Thank you for being responsible.
