Wish I’d checked the reviews!!! Fell for an instagram ad. Well over a week and no items shipped, no way to contact them/no response received yet. So frustrating, I’ve lost a lot of money here. DO NOT RISK IT!!!! Check these reviews!!

Do not purchase from this so called company. Take your money and you don’t receive the products!!

Sent 4 emails and all being ignored.

Contacted my bank and I need to wait 30 days from purchase and send them proof of purchase and the copy of the emails chasing the missing items and they will refund and deal with accordingly at their end.

Absolute disgrace! It’s down right theft from these people!

I brought a voucher and completed their form with a selection of dates. I heard nothing. I visited the salon twice, receptionist uninterested. Cancelled my voucher and weeks later no refund an no responses to my email

Utter disgrace of a company engaging in daylight robbery. They have taken almost £100 from my account in March and April and I have not received the products. They cov you off with emails assuring you that the products will arrive in 48 hours. A lie. They are in clear breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Customer care is non existent. Impossible to talk to anyone on the phone. Please save yourself the stress and do not touch LTL shop with a barge pole. If I’d read the appalling reviews on here I would never have gone near this disgrace of a company.

I placed an order for over £65, nearly 3 weeks in and still haven’t received it, I’ve emailed them several times but get no response, I’m beginning to think this company isn’t legit and will be phoning my bank and treating it as a scam. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, PAY A BIT EXTRA AND SHOP ELSEWHERE!!

Paid £46 for wella sp keratin conditioner.. this is the best conditioner I've ever used..sadly my order definitely wasn't this. No seal on bottle, wrong colour and consistency. The white blobs are the real product...on top of what I was sent. Hopefully I will get my money back....just wanted to make others aware

I have purchased Olaplex and Redken hair products and will certainly use them again.

It’s been 10 days and no word of order being dispatched. Contacted them and had no word of when it was being sent out.
Sent them another email saying if it’s not going to be sent out just to cancel, they came back and just cancelled the order.
I assume they don’t want the money?
Would avoid!!

I bought a voucher for haircut in Live True London more than a week ago. They send an email with a form to fill to book an appointment. I indicated next 3 days and my phone number, but nothing happened and nobody called. After 4 days I received an email, please write preferred dates and number, I did it again and again nobody called. It felt more like a scam as you can't book in the salon directly, you don't have a number to call to book and nobody is calling you back. And interestingly, there is no timeline mentioned for booking the service during purchase. I requested a refund, now have no idea how long it will take them to do it. Probably will contact bank if nothing will happen.

Do not order anything from this store, I have been waiting for my order for 2 weeks, very poor communication, I just hope it arrives and I will never order anything again

Same as all the other reviews, have bought £70 worth of gear and it hasn’t arrived after weeks. No response from them, and also looks like they are deleting all comments from instagram. Have now disputed through my bank. I’ve ordered from here before and didn’t have an issue, something clearly has went wrong and they are reverting to scamming customers. Shameless.

Be warned. This company are SCAMMERS!! Do not buy from them. My bank are investigating & I will be taking this further!!

I placed an order based on a welcome email that clearly advertised 25% off my second order. After purchasing, this offer has not been honoured, and despite multiple emails (with proof of their discount advertisement), customer support has stopped responding. Very disappointing experience.

I google searched Redken bundles as I was sick of buying small bottles and decided to invest in large bottles to be more cost effective. LTL was first one the search with good deals and variety of products. However, after putting an order in and paying, I received no order confirmation that you would typically get from other retailers which details your order number, details of your purchase, delivery address, estimated delivery etc. just a simple email saying your order is coming with a special guide in the subject bar and the email containing advertisement of other brands and How to’s. After numerous days, still no update of my order so I contacted them. No reply so far. Since no one is getting back to me I have had to dispute the cost with my bank. Be careful!

I was worried after reading the reviews!
I ordered 2 x 1000ml REDKEN shampoo/conditioners and then once that order was placed they offered 25% off so I ordered some REDKEN heat protector sprays
All orders arrived within a week
Products all good

SCAMMERS - AVOID LTL SHOP

Stick to your normal retailers it’s not worth the risk!!! Learnt my lesson to always check the reviews of an unknown company.

I purchased the item and realised it was the wrong item straight away. I tried to cancel my order before shipment but there was NO option on the website - that was the first red flag.

After my item arrived I struggled to find an email address to contact the shop directly. Once found the communication and grammar of this person was appalling. They explained that they were waiting for my return label to be generated - which I know takes 5 minutes. I still haven’t had a response from that email - it’s been 3 weeks and I had sent several follow ups

I resolved the issue myself by sending it back with Royal Mail 48hour tracked shipping. And thankfully I paid with Klarna so I haven’t spent a penny.

Avod this on line retailer. Ordered shampoos. Not received. Have written o them but got a bland response. Now pursuing charge back from my credit card company
