How does it work?
1. You book the service
You can instantly book your LUGGit service through our website or mobile app. All you have to do is tell us the pick-up and drop-off locations, the desired times, and how many bags you have with you.
2. One of our Keepers will meet you at the selected time and place
Before the Keeper meets you, you’ll be able to see all the necessary information about them, such as their name and car details.
Our Keepers wear an orange vest with their names so you can quickly identify them.
3. Enjoy your time without lugging your bags around
Your bags will be sealed and stored while you enjoy your time. Of course, you can always check where they are using our mobile app.
By using LUGGit, you can:

The delivery was on time and the service was very convenient overall. However, when I received my suitcase, I noticed that something like cola had been spilled on it. The outside was sticky, and unfortunately some of the liquid had also gotten inside the suitcase, making some of my belongings sticky as well.
Everything else went smoothly, so it was a little disappointing to find this when I received my luggage. I hope the luggage can be handled a little more carefully in the future.

Easy to schedule online, price was right. Service was great. Our keeper was great. We had some last minute changes and it was easy to make those. Service was timely and our bags were waiting for us when we got to our hotel. Would highly recommend the service and the driver.

Great service, app has problems.
Each time, they got our bags to us at the BNB and it was WONDERFUL to walk around town without them.
But on our last booking, we needed our bag to get on a bus from one town to the next. But the keeper was late, the app wouldn't open at all, the location spot wasn't where the instructions said, and when I was messaging support they sent me a "keeper is here" Maps link that showed him all the way across town. I was suddenly terrified we would miss our bus and then our whole hiking trip.
It turned out the keeper was late but in the right place, and we made our bus just in time. But scary.
