How does it work?
1. You book the service
You can instantly book your LUGGit service through our website or mobile app. All you have to do is tell us the pick-up and drop-off locations, the desired times, and how many bags you have with you.
2. One of our Keepers will meet you at the selected time and place
Before the Keeper meets you, you’ll be able to see all the necessary information about them, such as their name and car details.
Our Keepers wear an orange vest with their names so you can quickly identify them.
3. Enjoy your time without lugging your bags around
Your bags will be sealed and stored while you enjoy your time. Of course, you can always check where they are using our mobile app.
By using LUGGit, you can:

Porto Douro travel tip
I used luggit in Porto to store a large bag while on an excursion to the Douro Valley. What a breeze it was to travel light for a few days and have the large bag delivered to a different hotel on returning to Porto. Very reliable, convenient and pleasant experience. Booking was easy online. Great service to utilize.

I would highly recommend! We debarked in Athens and wanted to spend our last day touring the area. Our luggage handler, Konstantinos, was prompt in picking up and delivering our luggage to the airport. Simple and easy!

The service ran very smoothly
The service ran very smoothly. The bags were picked up and dropped off at the times agreed by Alexandros, who was very friendly and efficient. I also had some online chat with the support staff before booking, who helped pin down the exact address of our villa.Compliments to them too.

Spain travel
My experience of LUGGit was essentially good. Good communication throughout which was the most important thing. Everything picked up and delivered in time. Only pieces of negative feedback were that the app crashed and my pick up driver had. Hanged his car so I was looking for the wrong car when he arrived. Aside from that excellent

Easy collection at the airport but problem at port.oblem at portm
Easy collection at the airport. Not so at point of pickup as our ship arrived in a different terminal so we had to walk a mile with our cases to meet the driver. He did say we could have asked you to collect from our terminal. This would have been useful inthe initial instructions.
