How does it work?
1. You book the service
You can instantly book your LUGGit service through our website or mobile app. All you have to do is tell us the pick-up and drop-off locations, the desired times, and how many bags you have with you.
2. One of our Keepers will meet you at the selected time and place
Before the Keeper meets you, you’ll be able to see all the necessary information about them, such as their name and car details.
Our Keepers wear an orange vest with their names so you can quickly identify them.
3. Enjoy your time without lugging your bags around
Your bags will be sealed and stored while you enjoy your time. Of course, you can always check where they are using our mobile app.
By using LUGGit, you can:

Service was excellent
Service was exactly as advertised. It was a relief to be able to explore the city without our luggage. We even had to change the dropoff location and they handled it beautifully.

This was the second time I've used…
This was the second time I've used Luggit, and the second time I've found them excellent. It's such a useful service and I wish they were available in more places. It's super easy to book, the guardians are super friendly, and it's an all round excellent service. We had to check out of our apartment early and had a late flight. Being able to just hand over our luggage and feel free to wander around Porto for a day without a worry was fantastic. Would recommend.

Great service
Great service, making our last day in Lisbon super easy not having to keep luggage all day and worry about getting it back and then to the airport. It was worth the little extra money.

Great experience
Great experience, baggages came fully intact and well taken care of. Good when our checkout was at 12 am and flight leaves at 11.45 pm. Lovely staff, spoke a little English, could've been a little better, but other then that a wonderful service.

The delivery was on time and the…
The delivery was on time and the service was very convenient overall. However, when I received my suitcase, I noticed that something like cola had been spilled on it. The outside was sticky, and unfortunately some of the liquid had also gotten inside the suitcase, making some of my belongings sticky as well.
Everything else went smoothly, so it was a little disappointing to find this when I received my luggage. I hope the luggage can be handled a little more carefully in the future.
