How does it work?
1. You book the service
You can instantly book your LUGGit service through our website or mobile app. All you have to do is tell us the pick-up and drop-off locations, the desired times, and how many bags you have with you.
2. One of our Keepers will meet you at the selected time and place
Before the Keeper meets you, you’ll be able to see all the necessary information about them, such as their name and car details.
Our Keepers wear an orange vest with their names so you can quickly identify them.
3. Enjoy your time without lugging your bags around
Your bags will be sealed and stored while you enjoy your time. Of course, you can always check where they are using our mobile app.
By using LUGGit, you can:

First class service
First class service, I was kept informed throughout through a combination of WhatsApp messages and app notifications. This was a great service the driver met us at the cruise port when disembarking the ship and conveniently our bags were dropped off at the airport allowing a luggage free day exploring Barcelona.

Luggage pickup at the airport
Luggit just save our lives ! We were more than happy to have found their services. We landed very early in the morning and our room was only ready for check-in at 16h. They picked up our suitcases at 8h in the morning and were sharp on time at 16h at our apartment ! That was awsome! Thanks to Luggit.

Teníamos dudas de si funcionaría correctamente el servicio, pero ha sido muchísimo mejor de lo esperado. Recogida de las maletas en los apartamentos y entrega en la estación. Miguel, un profesional y muy atento vino antes las dos veces y nos facilitó todo mucho.

Good overall with some bumps
Great app though the map did bug out and it was hard to get in touch with our driver. It made for a slightly anxiety inducing moment at the airport. But, overall, great experience!
