They are Chinese with s fake UK address, complete tat

Ordered earrings online, shown as blue/pink stones, when they arrived they had white/pink stones. When I challenged it, the seller told me the photo online was reflecting the background colour (in which case they would have been green!), not logical. Having paid £14.85 for this product from Lu-B- Lu’s, I then found them on amazon today selling for £1.12 with free delivery. At this price, I wouldn’t have minded the cheap quality silver. Do yourself a favour, avoid Lu-B-lu’s, buy from Amazon

not only is Lu B Lu's merchandise trashy, but the pictures make the items look really good, which they aren't, and the items take weeks to arrive. The red 'moonstone' earrings I paid £12 for are worth 99p at best. I have been fleeced, and will not be wearing them. Beware...

Absolutely shocking customer service! Took a month and a half to receive my order and got a lie about how coronavirus delayed shipping when funnily enough my mum bought the same earrings two weeks after I placed my order and received hers straight away.
If there was a problem you should keep customers informed.
Strangely enough when I tried to cancel they were very quick to ship the order and said it could no longer be cancelled and yet still took 2 weeks to arrive!
Will NEVER buy from here again!!

I ordered some earrings beginning of January like a previous reporter did, I'm still waiting although I have had email responses with various responses, delay in shipping, tracking numbers not working, the latest being the Corona virus outbreak and no flights! I also thought this was a UK based company.I only looked at this company because it was advertising Facebook, another lesson learned! ** update since I wrote this review... my persistence with email has resulted in a refund **

Ordered some earrings about 3 weeks ago - no sign of them and no tracking data as promised. Have queried with Lu-b-lus but all I get is a set standard email that doesn't answer the question. Don't think that I'll ever receive them but thank goodness I only paid £12! Avoid this company like the plague - another one selling cheap Chinese tat and masquerading as a UK company with a UK address.

Just received a ring and earrings from China. The ring is similar to the one ordered the earrings are tiny and completely different to those ordered.
Quality is appalling. Had better out of a Christmas cracker.
Wish that I had read previous reviews before ordering.

1st order very good experience. 2nd order not so good order item as a present, 2 weeks later looks like it hasn't shipped, no answer from customer service. Wont be back.Shame.

Terrible experience. I did not get the earrings that I paid for and all my emails were ignored. I am so angry!!! I have lost money and spent hours trying to sort it out. Why is this company allowed to advertise on facebook when so many people have been scammed by it!!??

Fast delivery, looks exactly like the picture. Very cheap prices and tbh I’m happy with what I got.

I ordered two pairs of earrings in November. Nothing received and no response to my queries. Please avoid this site. It is obviously a scam.

All other reviews say amost everything you need to know - and the 0 star rating these scammers should get is sadly not an option.
Thinking it was a legitimate U.K seller I placed an order. Having re-read their site the spelling of "jewelry" should have made me suspicious.I strongly suspect these product come from the Far East by the extended time they took to be delivered.
I ordered a bracelet and some earrings for my wife.
I could have bought far better at a street market. To call it appaling cheap tat is a compliment to the quality, and I'm almost embarrassed to give them to her.
Use a proper JEWELLER and get the quality you deserve !

I ordered some earrings. They took weeks to arrive. When I queried the delivery date, the replies to my emails were very curt/ rude. The earrings arrived and I was very unimpressed with the quality. They were advertised a sterling silver. The metal is very soft, and the earrings do not position well because of the long, bendy hooks. I bought them as a present, but would be too embarrassed to give them, as they look as if they have come from a Christmas cracker.
I have not received a reply to my email which expressed my dissatisfaction with the product. What a waste of £15.

Ordered a necklace/earring set eerks ago...still have not received it. No response to my inquiries!! Buyer beware!@

Very disappointed in a brooch

I bought some so called ‘sterling silver’ earrings, they bare a resemblance to the picture but are certainly not silver of any kind. A cheap soft metal of some description with no gold tips to the flowers. Took forever to come too. More suited to a 99p store, and then I would be dubious. I put them straight in the bin.

I ordered a pair of earrings from the company which took over three weeks to arrive. The postage paid would have got the items to me next day using royal mail service. The earrings themselves I am pleased with once they eventually arrived however I sent threshold to the company regarding the delay in my order and to this date have not received an acknowledgement of full reply to my enquiry. A previous order that I have made via Amazon came within a couple of days and with no issues which is why I thought dealing with the company direct would not subscribe to any problems.

Avoid this company. I ordered 2 dresses that are way off the measurements and of the most awful material, completely unsuitable for summer dresses - more like heavy weight bri-nylon. They send set answers to emails and messages (all about your goods being delivered). In their T&Cs you can NOT return any sale item - ALL their items are marked as sale. I am now £40+ out of pocket. Another scam company unfortunately.
