Pessimo sito! Tempi di consegna oltre i 30 giorni lavorativi, l’anello è arrivato imballato in un sacchetto senza alcuna protezione. Ma soprattutto NON È ARGENTO come indicato sul sito e sulla pagina Facebook! Non è marcato 925 e inoltre dopo 4 giorni indossato lascia il nero sulla pelle, da una parte si è scurito e dall’altra sta completamente diventando rosa, sta perdendo tutto il rivestimento. È una fregatura!!! NON ACQUISTATE!

Bought earings and a watch. I am very happy with the jewelry.
Delivery can take a while, but sites as wish and Ali express are not much faster....

Thank you for my lovely ring. It came beautifully packaged. My only criticism is the length of time it took to arrive. But that could a problem with the postal service. Many thanks once again.

90 days waiting for my earring... no response from them ...

tried to order a watch 9n here 3 times. hopeless site askedfor my details 3 times which I stupidly did and kept crashing when I wrote to site told me no longer available and related my message. DO NOT USE THIS SITE

I ordered earrings from the site, the money has been taken but the earrings were not delivered. They replied to my initial complaint by inviting me to track the order on the shipping site. I have complained to both Lu b lu and the shipping site but neither are now responding to me.

They take your money on the day you order a product, but it takes up to 30 days before you get your product. They should not be taking your money until the goods are delivered. Why do they take so long to deliver?
I ordered two watches that looked very nice on Facebook. It took about 16 days to arrive. The packing was very poor. The watches were not in boxes just loose in a thin cellophane wrapping.
Within 2 days of receipt, both watches worn by my wife and daughter had problems. The pin that holds the strap to the watch came off both of them. The pins are so weak. Such shoddy work. I will never buy from them ever again. They are a shark company. So buyer beware. Their FB advert account does not allow you to post comments. You can only share the page. This company needs to be investigated.

Today my daughters watch has stopped working completely. They (Lu-B-Lu) are no longer responding.

Finished up buying from another company that is reputable. Won't get stung again. Lesson learnt.

Still no response from them on the 10th August. I have passed it onto my credit card bank for them to deal with it.

Bought the flower drop earrings as they looked so pretty online. Eventually received them and they are not like the pics - they are not silver either! They’ve put a 5925 stamp on back to fool people it’s 925=sterling silver.

I would not give this product 1 star if I didn’t have to.
Earrings Arrived broken. Claims to be silver and opal. The” opal” part is a bit of metal sticker. The size is 1/12 inches- that’s including an earring ear piece the same size as the earring drop.
Against the trade description act.
Extremely disappointed as paid nearly £18 in the sale and can’t get my money back. Shameful

Dubious about ordering from unknown online shop, but absolutely over the moon with product. Exactly as described and good quality product. Teardrop earrings will be my new go to accessory.

TIBETAN WOLF HEAD BRACELET ON SALE AT £11.99 (original price 19.99) what a joke ... EXACT SAME ITEM BEING SOLD ON WISH FOR £4.00 which I'd say is about the right price for a naff looking product like this one ... LU B LUS are blag artists

Products are rubbish, Bad Service

Received goods. Good start.
Item is rubbish. I ordered as a trial because I Iove the designs and would have ordered more but the quality is fairground cheap and nasty.

Placed an order #16365 on May 31 still have not received my order not an email to enable me to track order, very poor service, would like to know when I will receive my order. My email address is would appreciate a response

I have recently ordered 3 items from Lu-B-Lus ... two have already arrived and are fantastic ... great quality and value for money .... I had reason to contact the company regarding the third item ... their customer service cannot be faulted .... will certainly shop with them again and recommend to my friends.

Fantastic products. I bought a opal silver bracelet and it is beautiful. I love it. Customer service was excellent any questions were replied to quickly and efficiently. Would not hesitate to order again.

Ordered a watch for my wife - which she loved! A couple of weeks later the strap came away from the watch, so I contacted Lu-B-Lu to check their guarantee etc
Nothing !
Three e-mails later to progress their response ..... still nothing!
Just another company that is keen to make the sale....then they wash their hands of you!

I have had two pairs of earrings from Lu-B_Lu's both beautiful I love wearing them, I had reason to be in touch and got a speedy response. highly recommend !

First rate communication with this company and item I bought was as stunning as in the photo on their advert. Highly recommended.
