Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. Had queries about order and had mo reply. Part of my order didn't turn up costing over £12.. a gift. They've ignored my countless emails. No other way to contact and they blocked me on Facebook when i tried that way too. Disgraceful
Bad customer service and products
I received some pearl teardrop earrings which I saved for my holidays in February this year. I wore them a few times and one pearl fell out abd was lost and the other one lost it’s lustrous coating . Despite emailing the company twice I have received no reply. Very bad customer service so will not be buying from them again. Seems like many people have problems with this company

Order my jewellery on 8th January. Delivered incorrectly to a different address by the courier which wasn’t the supplier’s fault however I have emailed them so many times to see what they can do to resolve this and not once have they replied. Their customer support is a joke.

Please be cautious about buying from this company.
I have spent over £40 with this company. One of the items was a watch that I thought looked very nice and indeed when it arrived it was nice. However, it turned up in a tatty piece of bubble wrap inside a piece of insulating tube, with no paperwork whatsoever. The same can be said for a brooch that I ordered as a Christmas present for my neighbour who loves knitting - I was disappointed with the quality - it is no weight at all and sounds tinny. I'm still waiting to receive the remaining items I have ordered.
After reading other reviews on Trustpilot, regarding the company itself, I checked with Companies House: One company Lu-B-Lus Limited (No. 11715638) was dissolved on 15/02/2022. A second company Lu-B-Lus NE Limited (No. 13081132), was incorporated on 14/12/2020. The directors named for both companies are the same, but I will not display them here. On Lu-B-Lus' website, under Terms of Service, Section 18 - Governing Law, the address that is given is in Chester-Le-Street. If the live company on Companies House (Lu-B-Lus NE Ltd) is correct, and is one and the same as Lu-B-Lus online, then the registered address is in Tyne & Wear.
I have not yet been able to confirm if the company is VAT registered, but as a limited company, I believe it should be. I could however be wrong on that point, but they do appear to be a large'ish organisation.
The other point I have found out reading their Refund Policy, is that all items marked as 'Sale' are not eligible for refund. It would appear that every item, even "New In" items, are marked as 'Sale', so you will be unable to get a refund on anything.
I will certainly not use this company again and I fear that lots of other people are going to be disappointed.

Ordered an item on 1st April 2022. It is now 10th May 2022 and no sign of delivery. Initial emails indicated that item had been despatched albeit some weeks after order. Recent emails remain ignored and tracking number supplied is not recognised by Royal Mail. Rubbish service and rubbish customer service. They continue to send marketing emails despite a request to stop as I will never order from them again.
