Items finally arrived after four weeks with no tracking updates nor replies to emails. Their site doesn't provide any phone contact details and no VAT number. The items supplied are cheap tat from China, akin to something from a Christmas cracker. Lu-B-Lus appear to be a Chinese company masquerading behind a UK address and need to be closed down. Very poor indeed, avoid at all costs.

Ordered earrings on 4th December still not here. Emailed had one reply off David.Must be a standard reply to people who complain about the shocking service.
Will be in touch with PayPal shortly to try and get my money back. Absolute disgrace.
Should this order be full filled by xmas eve might put a review of the goods.

No show of my order
I ordered and paid for a pair of earrings mid November for a Christmas present. One month later am still waiting. Have emailed directly to someone called David, twice, but no reply. Sadly I will not be ordering again. I see I am not alone having this experience. It is a shame as I have ordered from them before, had same experience. No phone number to contact either.

My order for silver bracelet with cat in the middle of chain was rubbish...my message back to lu b lu was...I’ve had better things in Christmas crackers...
It’s such a shame as the picture they showed on their items for sale looked good but when it arrived i threw it straight on the fire in rage.

Bee earrings arrived today, two weeks after ordering, so in plenty of time for Christmas 🎄. Pleased with the box and the earrings look like bees so result.

I ordered 3 sets. The sets are prettier in person than they show in photograph.. For one thing they look BIGGER in their photos but they are better because they are smaller and suit every day. They are sturdy, well made. I am very pleased. Also I had a question which they answered immediately, so I got excellent customer service. My sets came in sturdy little boxes.

Ordered some earrings as a christmas present , they arrived today and they are absolutely lovely , very pleased with them . Longer delivery than i expected but otherwise fab . Will buy again from here

I can see there are a lot of negative comments and tbh if I had read them first I wouldn't have ordered from them.
But...I ordered the "bee" earings...they took a few weeks to come but well packaged and they are lovely.

I ordered the Bohemian Mosaic Lamp. It took a couple of weeks to arrive but I was constantly updated. It came with a bulb and a spare and I love it!

Ring arrived with no protective packaging, not even put into the felt pouch provided, causing ring to be bent. Also I thought it was coming from the UK as it used the pound sign, yet packaging said it came from China?

I ordered items 10 days ago and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. The tracking number states it's being processed...still! Really unhappy and hope it arrives soon. I have also sent two emails and not received a reply.

Necklaces have arrived and look tacky and nothing like the picture. Will never order from here again. Total waste of money.

I'm hard pushed to give these thieves a 1 because they are quite obviously just thieves. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They are total scam artists and just out to take your money. The jewellery is total crap and not worth putting in a jamboree bag. If these low life pigs want money they should ask and not steal from unsuspecting customers. TOTAL UTTER PIGS.

Still waiting for an item ordered 2 weeks ago to be shipped. Their customer service hurried out a tracking ID that is just Royal Mail waiting to receive the item 2 days after I was told it was dispatched... really disappointing! Won’t be ordering again, if I ever even receive my first order.

Totally disappointed, opal ring a fake, metal band cheap feels like plastic,I’m fearful of the other two items I ordered

Ordered the Temporary Hair Dye Comb. It was tiny, about 4 inches long. Not worth £9.99. So decided to return it, requested to use tracked postage. £6.70 !
So with £1.98 p.p plus the £6.70 return postage, a very expensive exercise!! Beware!! Waiting now for my refund, fingers crossed.

I ordered a handbag and it got stuck in customs. Customer service is very responsive and resolved my query very quickly.
Cannot be happier with their communication and service.

Absolute scam artists. The earrings pictured on facebook bare absolutely no resemblance to what I recieved. All the positive reviews are clearly fake. I am furious. Avoid this like the plague. I want my money back but I can see from other reviews that it wont happen.

There is no way to get a refund on anything other than full-priced items. I bought a pair of hair slides which unfortunately I cannot use as they're too heavy for my hair. As they were in the sale, Lu-B-Lu states they do not refund sale items. You only find this out after visiting their refund policy. Very bad merchandising.

My wife say a pair of earrings on their web site that she would like for her birthday. It stated that they were in stock. So with her birthday in mind, I brought the earrings for her. Got the usual response email stating thanks for the order... etc. So i waited and waited and waited. My wife's birthday has come and gone and I am still waiting. The tracking states that they have dispatched the items but still no delivery yet. I can only imagine that they have sellotaped the box to the shell of a tortoise but he is struggling in the heat getting to my house. In this day and age delivery is never an issue and NO supplier can use that as an excuse for slow delivery. DO NOT use these people.
