The glasses are beautiful and stylish- we love them.
One of them cracked during delivery so I contacted the team and it was replaced immediately. Great customer service.

We saw these water jugs in our hotel whilst on holiday and manage to track them down to LSA. We order one when we we got home we a thrilled with it and impressed with the speed of delivery, we would recommend LSA to everyone

Vase had a terrible fault in it!!! I wrapped it up and then wanted me to unwrap it again!!! Their quality control doesn’t exist!!!

No delivery arrived for over a week. Customer services were slow in responding and when they did it was obvious that they hadn’t looked through the details of the delivery status and blamed it on me. Again after two further emails and no response I threatened to go to my credit card company upon which customer services offered a refund or replacement. I am hopefully going to receive the item today after 18 days of paying. I missed giving this as a present for a birthday I was attending on Oct 12th. I received no compensation whatsoever.

They looked different online but when they arrive they were like basic tumblers. Returning soon

Beautiful products at reasonable prices, very informative emails so that you know exactly when to expect your delivery and lighting fast delivery times. I hadn’t purchased from them before but I would have no hesitation in doing so again.

Item (Pearl Jug) arrived completely smashed to bits, I could hear that was broken when the delivery man from DHL gave it to me, he was totally uninterested when I told him I was broken before I even opened it, he just got back into his van and drove off.
