We've resent your delivery confirmation email, so please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder, just in case) for full details. According to FedEx tracking, your order was picked up by the recipient on the 7th of July from the FedEx World Service Center in San Jose.

Woefully inadequate
Woefully inadequate. Really not sure how legitimate any of these five star reviews are.
I ordered two sets of tumblers. The first were cancelled and refunded which seemed annoying but fine as I had the others to receive.
Over two weeks on and despite emailing and calling by phone no one has bothered to respond or let me know where the other set of tumblers are. This is despite them being over a week late in delivery.
When I rang they were pretty unhelpful and at no stage has anyone apologised for how useless they’ve been.
Certainly not a company I would ever use again.

A bit disappointed with condition of the purchase
I received a whisky set, glasses, decanter etc and the quality is great and design beautiful I think I was just a little unlucky in that it must have been an ex-display set. The glassware is dirty, not handled just needs a good clean and the box bashed. I’m only disappointed because it’s a gift for someone and therefore looks like I bought them a marked down ex display set. Not the end of the world! But it was not inexpensive.
