Oh my goodness, I’m so pleased I purchased a small decorative lamp. I absolutely love it. The quality is superb, the price too. I love it so much, I may well buy another.
Postage was reasonable, which is always a plus, delivery was fast and the option to spread the cost with Klarna, ticked all my boxes.

POOR customer service!
We love the Abigail Ahern collection and the quality of the products, which makes this review even more disappointing to write.
Unfortunately, we have placed several orders and experienced problems with missing items on more than one occasion. What has been most frustrating is the lack of effective customer service.
There appears to be only one person handling customer enquiries, and the responses often feel automated and do not address the actual issue being raised. There is also no customer service phone number, so it is impossible to speak directly to someone when a problem occurs.
It is such a shame because we genuinely love the brand and would have continued to purchase regularly. However, after repeated issues and poor communication, we have sadly lost trust in the customer service experience.
We hope the company improves its communication and support, as the products themselves are excellent.
