Great service and products from here. Buying a chesterfield is a big purchase, and there is so much choice. Andrei was so knowledgeable and helpful and gave us lots of options with pros and cons. Follow up after delivery was great as well. So pleased, highly recommend.

Classic beauty but when some buttons popped (3) they refused to repair the couch.

Very pleased with my sofa! I went for the London 3-seater sofa bed. Both the sofa and bed are very comfortable.
Andrei in the London showroom was really helpful with advice when it came to picking the style and the leather. He was also very helpful with guiding the measurements of corridors and doorways for the delivery.

Was kept up to date with my purchase, delivery etc. Wasn't what I was expecting. They collected it and exchanged it for a different sofa, no problem whatsoever. Great customer service.

Where do I start? Well, I bought these sofas from the company on February 25. I believe the quality is not up to what I would call decent. Firstly, the scroll arms had different folds of leather and depths, which is ok, they said it's bespoke. Secondly, dents on the scroll arms at the back, where it looked like it had no foam, or was pulled too tight. The company again said no problem and sent a specialist to check. He told me it was a fault, but the company told me the report did not mention a fault. Someone is lying here and it ain't me. I still have not seen this report. I complained about the cushions being far too soft, fair enough, they sent replacements of a better quality. Unfortunately, they are even more uncomfortable and sink constantly; oh, you need to plump them regularly. Had I known that, I would not have agreed to them. The timescales to get anywhere with this company are farcical; months passed, and I needed to keep calling them for info. Then I was told as I had altered the sofa sizes, I could not send them back. I got my Credit Card company involved, as I believed they were just stringing me along, hoping I would go away. I did not get anywhere with them either; the details of the report just basically agreed with everything that Distinctive Chesterfields were saying. I still have not seen the reports from the sofa inspector; it was not even present in the credit card investigation. So summing up, great company to deal with until you have a complaint, then it goes south. I am now trying to sell them online at a fraction of the purchase price, but no takers, looks like a charity shop then. A total loss of my money, and now I have to purchase a new sofa that is actually comfortable to sit on. To make matters worse, I have noticed the seat cover is breaking down at the piping. I could phone the company again, but I don't think I could suffer the stress of it all.
Let me reply to Distictive Chesterfield. Please show me these so called expert inspection. I asked my credit card company for this, reply we dont have it. So please put the 2 reports on here for all to see, no, thought not. I only knew of 1 report, so where did the other one come from. Summing up, either you are suppressing the report as it sheds light on a fault, or the expert lied to me. My want for a return was based on his report and the fact the foam in the cushions was not fit for purpose.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. The sofas are exactly as we expected, are of very high quality, and the customer service couldn't have been better. Highly recommend!

The showroom has many different types of beautiful chesterfields sofas which made it easy for us to find one that we liked. Andrei’s knowledge of the leather qualities and his experience helped us in choosing the right size, colour, cushions and feet etc. The quality is exceptional. The workmanship is paramount . We could not have experienced better and we’re extremely happy with our purchase . Customer service excellent. Delivery was also on time and the delivery men were really friendly and very efficient. One thing I loved was the tickets attached to the sofa on delivery have the names of the craftsmen that had worked on the production of our sofa. Such a lovely personal touch . We needed furniture for a retail store that was going to open ahead of schedule. I looked everywhere for the chesterfields we were looking for. Saw Distinctive Chesterfields and gave them a call. When they told me that they received a shipping container every month I wasn’t as worried. While on the phone with Ruth, she emailed all her ppl to make sure everyone could pull this off…the container was already packed, but they made it happen! And the deadline we had - they made it! Everyone is swooning over the furniture. So impressive. So rich looking. No regrets!
