Unfortunately we seem to have ongoing issues with our WiFi. I don’t know if it’s down to so many people trying to use the WiFi at the same time. It gets very frustrating when we come away to relax and end up dealing with this. Although website states support is available at any hour this is not the case. Team are friendly and always try to help when we do get through but ultimately this product is just not good enough

Nick was very efficient. The whole job was done with accuracy and there was no mess. Nick was very pleasant and polite, he even wore overshoes as to not dirty my carpets. Thank you so much Nick. Great job 👍

had lpis for four years great service any problems was sorted out very quicky the wi-fi was brilliant

If I had any problems which wasn’t too often they were very helpful and went out of there road to help me and fix the issue I had

I'm in my second year of "superfast".The service is ok as long as it's not a weekend, bank holiday or school holiday, then there simply is no bandwidth to cope with the extra traffic, fobbed off with the excuses of trees are too tall, an event in the area when there isn't. Recently had a fault with the equipment and took 3 weeks to rectify the faulty equipment, as the site is only open 6 months of the year, no offer to refund the 3 weeks throughout the schools summer holidays we were without any service. personally I would like to see another provider onsite and maybe they will install a dependable service.

The whole process ,from first getting in contact with,to installation to the actual wi-fi itself ,never had any issues whatsoever with it .
Then the cancellation process has been unbelievable quick and efficient,I wish every company was this quick and easy to deal with .

iv had this internet service in my van for the passed 2 years continuously buffering even after repeated phone calls and being told they said they can see interference and have rectified the problem it still persists considering I’m only here for 6 months and have to pay for a year not happy

Enough is enough iv had this internet service in my van for the passed 2-3 years. The speeds are shocking I even upgraded to super fast.
considering people only use their caravans for 6-8 months a year and the service is poor.
Every time you call up there just an excuse like there’s a big event in the area even though there ain’t or theres an object in the way.

Excellent service from LPIS we were advised it could take 2-3 weeks but our internet was fitted in less than 5 days.

A brand new installation carried out by Nick this week - extremely knowledgable, professional and efficient So far so good, much improved download speed here as promised and bye bye BT for us! The cost is fair and I like the 14 day trial even though we decided to stick with it on day one!

Re joined LPIS.
Fault on day one so engineer was booked.
Appointment was cancelled due to illness but attended 2 days later to check and update equipment.
All good for the time being Fingers crossed that we have continuous good service.

LPIS installer fitted the WiFi no problem and no mess, he was friendly and very knowledgeable and told us all the information we needed. I would like to thank him for a job well done.
