Good company
After contacting LPIS was told it would take 3-4 weeks to install, within 3 weeks installed by lovely man who explained everything and received email confirming when direct debit would be taken out. Really impressed with great service from them.

Initial Set up
My delivery and setup was on Wednesday 25 May. The installation was straight forward and the engineer was quick and very helpful explaining all of componants to use product. I am very satisfied with the extra speed.

The installation of the Wi-Fi was quick and the engineer cleaned up after himself. As for the use of the Wi-Fi I’ve not been or had guests in my caravan as yet.

The Internet I had was useless!!
The Internet I had had got to the stage it was totally useless I was paying out each month for something that just didn't work! So I looked into changing and looked at LPIS and all I can say from the moment I rang and spoke to a (human) yes beleave it or not it was a (human) who was fantastic with in a matter of few weeks I got a phone call to say a engineer/fitter could do the job early as they had a cancellation brill the guy came as booked and 1hr later the job was done I can't beleave the difference my faith in the world has come back!! everything just does what they said we are super chuffed thanks so much LPIS great job.

Great service all round!
The initial interaction with the sales team was very clear, explained the service, installation and usage plans.
Installation was carried out while I wasn't at the caravan which wasn't a problem. Communication with the installation engineer was great and the work carried out to the highest standard.
The service itself is great for what I need, the usual streaming, browsing and remote working.
I would highly recommend LPIS to anyone that asked.

Reported fault, late on Friday night and was fixed by Monday. Staff really polite and certainly on the ball.

Installation engineer was friendly and did installation quickly and efficiently. Checked the speed several times. Happy with speeds. Match the guidelines. Definitely recommend if your on a leisure site and stream movies etc.
