Adam the installer was brilliant
Adam the installer was brilliant. It’s a shame the rest of the team are not up to his standards 10 minutes before he arrived. He rang me to say he’d be there very polite courteous I’m first thing you did was apologised for the others. I wish I could leave a review for the others and that would be -5 once again Adam deserves 10 out of 10.

Cannot fault this business. From start to finish Adam was very professional and answered all of my questions throughout the installation process and explained everything to me in layman's terms! I am not all that tech savvy am afraid!! Would have no hesitation in recommending this service to anyone wondering which WiFi service to use. Well done Camping Connect!

We wanted In Van Wifi and Adam, the engineer, installed it on a vile cold and rainy night. Everything works fine and he explained it all clearly and patiently.

We’ve avoided getting internet in our…
We’ve avoided getting internet in our Caravan for years however we now have 3 teenagers and their interest on a rainy day with poor cellular signal was low.
Now everyone’s happy! The children can call their friends via WhatsApp and we can watch Sky so no longer subjected to the dodgy 9pm film and the adverts that go on forever. Unfortunately for me that also means we get sky sports so now have to drag my husband away from the TV.

Easy to order but if there is a problem it can take a while to get through to them. Once through they are really helpful and sort any issues.signal and connection is brilliant and they offer a longer range signal for use outside your caravan alongside the standard one. Would recommend

Very good service from start to finish
Communication mostly good, only one chase up need on installation date re time of arrival.
When Wayne arrived, he was so polite, helpful, tidy and although he had an extremely busy day, he still took the time to answer my questions and explain set up etc.
Happy with quality of internet service up to date.
