Denied claim on warranty due to vehicle not serviced in line to manufacturer recommendation date.
RECOMMENDED NOT COMPULSORY!
Had annual service 31 days past due date even though LW state service should be done within 30 days from the due date!
Mmi screen fault would not have been picked up on any kind of service whether done prior or later.
Even though the service interval was their excuse to deny this claim how/why did they pay out for another claim previously made when this was the same service interval!?
Just a sly tactic of avoiding a payout.
Looks like they are doing this quite a lot recently.

I was unfortunately sold this scam of a warranty,put a claim in for egr and cooler from a very good garage and after all the messing about and got told over the phone this was covered had the work done,My mistake now they refuse to pay saying its wear and tear, So basically anything and everything has been blanket covered by these people under wear and tear and they are not liable for ANYTHING .DO NOT TRUST THIS WARRANTY,IT IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE ,NEVER AGAIN .

I can't praise this warranty company…
I can't praise this warranty company enough! I bought my car a couple of months ago and it came with 6 months warranty included. When my car broke and I needed a new fuel pump my heart sank when I saw these 2 bad reviews on trust pilot! I am very happy to say this is not my experience with the company. Emma has been absolutely amazing and so helpful. The process is easy to follow and the response times have been very quick. Thank you so much for taking the stress out of a bad situation.

My full length review is on Google, absolutely money grabbers, paid 400 for a warranty for 1 year which the dealer said would cover everything but brake pads and discs, would even cover some wear n tear like suspension just not tyres which was a complete lie (if you read into the finer details of the policy) just had a turbo booster pipe burst and the it's gonna be bout 200 and they won't do anything, also one of the most ridiculous clauses I've read is they can class anything as an act of God and not be liable to pay out for it
