I was doubtful about my order after reading some reviews…I had checked as I was concerned how long the order was taking (which did arrive in time specified, I just hadn’t read fully or understood it was coming from outside of the uk). The order has arrived today and is of good quality, exactly as shown in the photo upon ordering. Really happy.

I too would like to give no stars. I didn’t read the reviews on here first and ordered 2 throws which arrived in about a week. However they were not suitable. I have now found out they must be returned to China, for a refund. There is nothing obvious to show this on the website, before you order. Terrible company and so wrong they can operate like this.

Do not buy for this company. Shipped from China, therefore expensive to return. No customer service!! Be warned

Say they have their own large warehouse, what they dont say is that its in China. Winged chair covers rubbish didnt even slightly fit my chairs. Returning to china will be a nightmare. Wasted money

Very unclear that this company is based in China and returns must be sent to China. This information is not visible on their website, the Return Address section simply states to 'email the company'. It is only when you go to the contact us section that you see an address based on China. The shipping cost to return the item was upwards of £65. Very deceiving and poor quality items. Will not use again.

Awful company. Doesn't say it's coming from China. Quality is appalling and items arrived 3 weeks later. Tried to cancel immediately after ordering and told it's too late. Am going to report to ombudsman. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

I wanted to return a product. I contacted Lovestyle and was told I would have to return the product to its country of origin which was China. Postage was half the price of item. they wouldn't supply return label or refund postage.This Company is very POOR. I will NEVER use them again.

Bought a rug and didn’t realise it was from china it took 2 months to come then turned up it was like a squashed table mat absolutely shocking PLEASE don’t buy from here it cost me £70 and they have only offered me 20% refund or pay the post office to send it back ! and even then i’m not convinced they will refund me ..

I NEVER order anything if I know it's coming from China, deceitful website caught me out, immediately emailed to cancel and was informed "already been shipped" - yeah right!
Items eventually arrived 3 weeks later, 2 fleece throws texture is like cardboard, total waste of money, read the "returns" policy - what a joke, another lesson learned.

Would score zero if I could. The website is utterly deceiving. Wasn't clear that the sofa throw would be coming from China. Item took ages to arrive, looked nothing like the picture and arrived with stains on.

Despite emailing with pictures showing the stains on the sofa throw asking for a return, company are unwilling to reimburse shipping costs despite being at fault and misleading.

They know people won't pay to return the item back to China from the UK, so will be out of pocket.

Avoid at all costs and stick to legitimate brands/sellers.

I should have read reviews before buying.
Bought a throw for 90 pounds and still haven't received it.
I emailed to cancel the item because if I'm paying 90 pounds they should have next day delivery.
Anyway when they responded saying its already been dispatched conveniently! So they couldn't refund.
It was then I saw it was bl@@dy China and thought great.
I emailed them telling them if I'd have known it was coming from their I'd never have spent a ridiculous time of money on a throw as I know to well the sh!yte that comes from there.
So I'm still waiting and after reading these reviews are not looking forward to receiving it.
Funny Google can pick up on words they don't like you using but allow scam companies to get away with it.
Research who's in charge and the reasons why they allow it.

Purchased 2 stretch velvet dinning chair covers, very impressed with the quality and the fit. Fitting the covers on the chair is as easy has the demo video says. Will definitely buy again.

I Wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company, not at all what I looked like in the pictures, bought 2 sheepskin rugs and they are so thin

Ordered 2 throws which were not the same colour as shown on website. Has made me very aware to always check return Policy as you have to pay the return shipping to China. Would never use this company again

Ordered large sofa throws and were poor quality for the money and their return policy is non existent. To return anything be expected to send back to china at your cost. Picture was also deceiving as the throws looked completely different in person. Avoid at all costs!

I ordered 2 sofa throws ,then found these reviews,I was a bit worried but then they arrived and are fabulous,so I’ve ordered 2 more of the same

Like everyone else here , regretting I hadn’t read their trustpilot reviews.
I’ve received a table that is unusable due to the predrilled holes being out of alignment. I’ve sent them photos that show it clearly; they’re not coming to any resolution. Due to time zones, each email reply has a 24 hour wait/response. Extremely frustrating- AVOID !

Read the reviews first... like I didn't! Terrible quality rubbish from China, which is not clear upon purchase. Return must be paid for, which is clearly expensive. Scam company, avoid.

It scams company , bad return policy ,customer must pay the shipment cost back to China which almost same if not higher your order cost. They never refund you back and totally west of time and money . Never buy from them .

They are total con. Do not buy products from there. I never received my order, and they won’t refund me. I am currently fighting with them to get my refund back. They’ve won’t refund me for an order I have never received. I wish I had never bought from them
