Love Style or Love Sweet Style does not work under the guidelines we expect in the UK.
I placed an order in December 2024 and cancelled within 2 hours. I asked for a refund and they have refused to return my money!
My bank is now involved and a chargeback in progress.
i have reported the company to Trading Standards partly because of the bad reviews on Trustpilot and partly because of their refusal to refund my money.
Please be warned this company is a scam and continues to operate only because new customers are oblivious of the serious issues connected to the poor service they provide

After ordering a car seat cover, I then read the reviews and was concerned that the item may not arrive or that it would be of no use. However the cover arrived very quickly and the tracking was shared constantly. The quality is good, maybe a bit overpriced but I knew the cost when ordering so no complaints.

They could improve being a bit more honest! Taking so long for delivery! And lve paid £7 for it. Wish l've read the reviews before ordering. Never again!!

Don’t bother yourself.
To cut a long story short, I paid to return items ’to China’ the address that was sent via the company. They said they would refund me half of the money for my purchased items. However I never received a refund and when I asked for a confirmation of the date of refund sent, the company would just reply ‘we can confirm you have received a refund’ but they can’t confirm a date of refund.

The Company poses as a U.K. business but is in fact Chinese. There is nothing in the returns policy to state that goods must be sent back to China.
The delivery took three weeks and when I enquired as to the whereabouts, I was told the throw was coming from Delhi, which was seemingly untrue.
The owner has offered a ten percent discount for me to keep the item or I can ship it back to China and once they have inspected it, they will issue a refund. I am afraid my trust has been broken so that I will not pay postage costs only to find that I will lose that on top of the money already paid. I have therefore reported the company to PayPal ( I paid through PayPal) and will also advise Trading Standards. The PayPal transaction actually calls the company something different, I believe it is Special Fashion

Like others, I didn’t realise this was coming from China, they should make this clear. However, my sofa cover arrived in less than 2 weeks and I’m really happy with it.

Ordered a sofa throw and it was different to pictures. Tried to return and they offered a 10% refund (I wouldn't have to return item) or a full refund (pending their inspection). I would have to ship the item to China. After reading these reviews safe to say I'm not wasting more money on postage! Reporting to trading standards, I suggest everyone else does to try and stop these scammers!

Don't buy it here.. I recommend you refer to the review before purchasing.. I bought the light here 15 days ago, but it is still in China.. I sent an email to the company and they told me to wait another week.. If you buy it here, you will probably get a huge disappointment...

Be very careful, I ordered a table and it arrived damaged. I took photos and asked for a refund
and a prepaid returns label. They will only refund the cost of the table and not the postage once they have recieved it, its been weeks now. I have had to get PayPal involved as the return had to go to China. It cost me £44 to return, I don't hold out much hope in getting the cost of postage back. None of this was clear when I ordered otherwise I wouldn't have bothered.

This company claim to dispatch all items from their UK based warehouse, I later discovered the items ordered were shipped from China. I have not received the items paid for and have no predicted date for delivery, I have requested refund but have not had a response.

Further update: items finally arrived and not from their warehouse but direct from China, the quality is so poor its shocking. Having read other reviews it is clear I will struggle getting a refund so be warned when they say UK based that only indicates the location of the business that's about to rip you off.

Completely different product from the photos, Cheap looking and very wobly. Customer service are not very helpful. If I want to return I pay for the return back to China. Would not recommend.

I was also worried after ordering and then reading the reviews. I ordered two dining chair covers on the 3rd March, they arrived today the 13th March. They fit like a dream and the quality is fantastic. So I have placed a further order for two more covers.

Having read previous reviews I was rather trepidatious to order 2 quite expensive throws BUT they arrived within 2 weeks of ordering and are fantastic; very large as required and excellent thick quality too. Cannot fault this company, their service OR their product !

Chinese dodgy non-taxpayer seller. they cannot provide a VAT invoice for the order I placed for work and now I can not claim expenses for £280!. If I return they expect me to pay for recorded delivery.
I am going to claim my money back via Paypal.

Ordered some seat covers , took a while to arrive (only to discover that they were coming from china) very deceiving website as I thought they were UK based. Wanted to return but was going to cost half of what I paid for them! They mention on there website that you have a 30 day RISK FREE return, which clearly is a lie!! They got back to me circling where on their website the part where I would have to pay shipping costs back to where they came from under the GIFT section. Why put it there I wonder?? Very deceiving website, my only option is to apply for a charge back claim from my bank.

Avoid like the plague. Measured my sofa carefully and ordered a sofa cover that fell well within the measurements stated on their website. I did not realise at the time but the item came from China and despite the product effectively being faulty as it doesn't match the description on the website, I am liable for £20 postage of the item back to China in order to obtain a refund. This is nearly half the price of the product - money down the drain and an expensive mistake.

Ordered from what appeared to be a legitimate website in Europe or UK. Turns out it's in CHINA. Saddened to find I've been mislead. It was when I got the tracking number I realised where it was coming from. And the broken English email reply. Be aware.

I ordered a number of sofa covers / dust covers for sofas for our new suite, given we have 3 young children and trying to pre empt the expected carnage. Like similar reviews I’d been impressed by their website and thought it was American. After ordering and checking the tracking information, it looked like it was coming from china. Decided to check trust pilot and was left with a sinking feeling given all the bad reviews!! But everything turned up, although in multiple packages on different dates. The order email only gave 1 tracking number, so after receiving only 2 of 5 items under the provided tracking number had mild coronary!

But emailed the customer support, and they replied within 12 hours giving the additional tracking numbers. Much better customer service than I’ve had from Debenhams / Sports Direct, for example (awful!)

As to the quality of covers, pretty happy. One set were described as “lightweight” on the website, which they are. An earlier review said they wouldn’t stop spillages soaking through to the sofas, which is true. Would need to have additional layers beneath to stop that. We bought because they were large sizes (3m+) which we were struggling to find elsewhere. Will stop light spillages such as food and yogurts, and Jean marks / dirt etc. given we can wash the covers better than paying for sofa insurance for covers that we probably wouldn’t use (have bought in the past and didn’t!). The sofa dust covers we bought are actually a tighter weave than the sofa throws, so may be better at preventing spillages going through, although haven’t tested. Overall pretty happy, although unhappy website wasn’t clear it was based in china, given obvious increased postage return cost if you’re not happy.

Hopefully this review helps reassure anyone who has ordered from them and then checked trustpilot, like I did!!
