I bought that mat for my daughter and son-in-law's puppy, Jack. He is a rescue, and has quickly become a part of the family. The mat fits his personality well.

I ordered something and received shipping confirmation on 11/24/2023. However I still never received it and the shipping status has never changed.

I bought this to use as an outdoor doormate. It is very flimsy and not suitable for out doors. A waste of money

I bought 2 of the mats for each of my children. They each have several dogs. When they opened their gifts they absolutely fell in love with it. They came out so good. Highly recommend, such a great idea!!!!

However I would say this is more for the kitchen and not front door, at least not a country front door. Not heavy duty, but still super cute.

The personalized mat I ordered arrived remarkably quickly and I absolutely love it . It’s a Christmas gift, so I’m not sure if it will expand the way the instructions state , but it is just so cute! Very happy with the purchase and service.

I ordered 4 matts from them . The first three were gorgeous and exactly what I expected but the fourth one the image was a little small for my liking. They promptly responded to my inquiry and redid the matt according to my specifications I have never received such outstanding customer service highly recommend this company to anyone.

I adore the doormat from Loveon Prints with the photos of my puppies. It greets people inside my front door. It is a CHARMING ADDITION to my home.

The mat is fantastic. The pictures look just like our two pups and reflects our household perfectly. It is a bit thin, but it does thicken slightly after a bit.

These were so easy to order and arrived so quickly. The dog choices you have were spot on for my needs. I bought 2 and love both!

It is not a doormat. It is a lightweight fabric that is unsuited to use as a doormat as it slides all over

The door mat is perfect and the photos of our dogs is crisp and clear. It's a somewhat thin rug but works beautifully where I've placed it. Order #5304. Great service from order to delivery.

Although I wish the customized doormat I purchased was thicker, it's still a decent quality product for the price. And it's adorable!

I love my mat so much that I don’t want to use it. It’s too pretty. So, I bought a plaque and I have it hanging on my front door. It is so nice. It is metal and will last. I have my mat in the room where no one can step on it!!! I dealt with them through email as well to discuss my plaque and they are awesome. I used pictures of my three dogs to have the mat and plaque made and I can’t express enough how much I love them both!!

When I placed the order, I clicked the button that said "ship to billing address." When I looked at the order confirmation, it was shipping to our old address! Not our current billing address. When I contacted the company several days ago (and as of right now) the order had NOT shipped. The shipping label has been printed, but nothing else. When I asked them to change it, they said "wait 5 business days then reroute the shipment in USPS."

Now I am reading about how thin these mats are. If I could, I would cancel the order!

I am very unhappy and amazed that a company would ask me for a review when they have not delivered my purchase in over a month. This is after two emails asking how else I could recive the order I have prepaid for. It was listed as "undeliverable". It is at the point of involving an attorney friend and contacting better business bureau. Lastly, I could negatively respond all over social media, but I will wait one week to see if they can remedy this situation.

The door mat was "as advertised". I was pleased with the product I received. It turned out exactly like the preview and I uploaded my own dog pics. Just wish it was a little thicker. But we still love our new door mat!
