shipping wasn’t terribly long. and everything i bought looked just like the picture.

I want my money back. The original email your support team sent said it wasn't delivered and I needed to contact Fastway. Fastway has no record of the tracking number you provided. Your team has now claimed the parcel was delivered when it wasn't. They then provided same incorrect tracking number. Definitely ordered off your website, I checked my browser history. Can someone reach out to issue a refund?

I live in poland and my parcel was delivered in 25 days. The material of one of the items is not good, otherwise everything else is absolutely beautiful. One item was out of stock, and the company promised me refund/exchange as per my choice. I exchanged and they sent me the right product. Its was STUNNING. They were very responsive as well and very decent in conversation, and also updated the order status regularly. Apart from 1 item, it was overall a good experience, just a little bit too expensive .

I ordered the Solid Metallic Bodycon Dress for my wife .Fit perfect and exceeded my expectations. My wife look amazing

The dress is not like the picture. It's still okay but not what was pictured. Everything else was okay. I can't add pic here.

The items came much faster than expected.

This whole website is a scam, the reviews from items are even stolen from other websites. Don't even trust the review pictures they are stolen too. I bought a strawberry sequin dress from this website and I trusted the reviews because they showed pictures but then I was browsing Aliexpress for the same dress and was surprised to see the same review for a similar dress that had been made 3 months earlier. After this, I negatively rated the dress on the website and it didn't even show up, they're showing only the reviews they like on the website.

Definitely should be minus starts for the company since you can’t call them the quality isn’t good and they want to charge returns around $25/$35 was mistake to purchase from company like that.

What a joke of a company, take your money and then never send items. i ordered an item for my daughter and never received a conformation email after my purchase. When contacted they ask for the same information over and over again, transaction details or a credit card transaction or a name used to purchase the item. I send all that info through and get the same rubbish reply. No doubt i'll get another rubbish response to this review. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!

There should be an option to give negative stars. Ordered two items, only recieved one. The item that I did recieve was 100%trash. Trash quality, absolutely not as described or pictured and ill fitting. It legit looked like something a 5year old made with craft material.

I recieved two emails from company. The first apologizing that the other item was not in stock and it would take longer then expected to be delivered. The second email a couple weeks later saying the item was still not available. Riddled with grammatical errors, they mentioned a "competition" (what?!) And a $5 coupon towards future purchase. Then had the audacity to say they could swap out the item from something else in their site with a link attatched. THE LINK BROUGHT ME TO THE SALE SECTION! Not even their full catalogue!

When the tracking came for the first item, it was being sent from China, so even claiming they are a UK company is a total LIE. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE/COMPANY FOR IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM 100%.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. TERRIBLE QUALITY MATERIAL AND TERRIBLY MADE. NO SOLUTIONS.

I've learned my lesson. Definetely do your research on companies you're buying from. This was a complete fail

So, I mistakenly wrote a bad review for receiving the wrong item. I was wrong, both ordered items came today and they are BEAUTIFUL and way better quality than I expected... the shirt is a tiny bit smaller than I'd like, but still fit beautifully. Thank you and my apologies to anyone who read my review.

Tried to return a dress that was absolutely ridiculously sized- made for someone with a bust twice as big and over 6ft. Then they said its too expensive to return and offered me a refund one quarter what I paid! Absolute scam

Große Probleme bei Rücksendung. Kundenservice versucht die Ware anzudrehen. Hauptsache die Ware bleibt beim Kunden ohne das Geld zurück zu erstatten. Haben als Entschädigung zuerst 10, dann 18 Euro angeboten. Als ich das abgelehnt habe, haben 35$ für die Rücksendung verlangt.

Bestellt da bloß nicht. Support kann kein English/Deutsch, und weigerte sich bei Stornierung (am selben Tag) das Geld zurück zu überweisen. Musste leider mit der PayPal Konfliktlösung dagegen angehen.

I bought this long bathrobe and at the beginning I didn't get shipping confirmation I ask for it and they reply with a tracking number. When I read the reviews I was disappointed but NO item came fast and it was a 100 percent what I was looking for I am very pleased with it and definitely for me they have a thumb up.

This company is a complete and utter joke! Products are cheap knockoffs. I ordered a coat from here and it arrived damaged. One of the seams busted and there was a hair Arwen into the inside collar. The seams are on the outside of the collar too. Looks like complete trash! Tried contacting them and they refuse to refund their damaged product. Complete joke. They will steal

Total deceptive scam! Company is based in China, despite misleading buyers that it was based in the US. Order shipped from China, took 4 weeks to be delivered. Terrible quality product, didn’t match the description or the photos, absolutely garbage! Tried to return, customer support messaged it wasn’t “worthwhile” to return to China and offered a $5 coupon instead of a refund!

I placed a large order in November with the hopes of receiving it by Christmas. One week before Christmas I received an email stating part of my order was shipped. That's when I realized it was coming from China. Disaster! After some emails back and forth I realized it was not going to come in time. On January 3rd I received part of the order and what a Disappointment!!! The fabric was utterly cheap, the buttons were hollow, threads falling off and overall low quality. The leggings were made out of regular curtain-like fabric without the elastic. This is when I realized it was a total scam. I reached out to them immediately and told them to cancel the rest of the order and to send me the return address as I wanted to return everything. Instead they ignored my requests and suggested giving me a $5.00 credit. Such a joke. I've sent numerous emails and have yet to receive a return address. What's worst is that they said that if they send an address it might not even arrive at their facility. Clearly they don't want to refund my account for not only the few items I received but for those I didn't either. The clothes is worst than garbage and not worth $5.00. I've seen better clothes at the 99 cents store. Total scam!!!!! Do not order from here and stay away.
